I had a lovely stay at this property! The overall experience was great, and I truly appreciated the flexible check-in process, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I was particularly happy to find complimentary bottled water available, as I was quite thirsty during my stay. It's those little touches that make a big difference! The host was very responsive and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. However, I do wish there was an elevator, as carrying my heavy luggage up to the second floor was a bit challenging. It would also be nice if there was an easier way to enter the building without having to ring the bell, especially when returning late at night. I felt like I was bothering the staff each time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Exactly what it says it is. Very clean, and good setup. The only real negative isnt the owners fault, but becauseits over a 7-11 its a bit noisy at night. overall I highly recommend staying here though

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

the house is cozy and comfortable, and quite close to a main road, a 7/11 and a pharmacy. the bedroom is fresh, comfy and decorated in a style coherent with the one chosen for the living room, with a pleasant color pattern basend on the contrast between orange and tiel, or a very light blue. the place has style, and the host is open to accomodations

the airbnb is easy to find and very peaceful. My host was friendly and accommodating, she gave us a free treats to enjoy while staying (we didn’t expect it). overwhelmed with her hospitality

The beach villa is superb not just the facilities - gorgeous view, nice garden, lovely indoor/outdoor family room and delightful bedrooms, but the team on hand cooking and cleaning is absolutely thoroughly attentive and caring. What is more Mark himself gives great suggestions for local visits and attractions, helps organise logistics and really considers a visitor’s needs. The whole team is attentive, flexible and keen to please. They cook up a storm of fantastic local and western cuisines and take feedback into consideration. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return for another relaxing family holiday!

The place is great! Kinda hard to locate but just asked around and it is easy. I would certainly recommend this place. The host is easy to communicate/contact with even in the wee hours of the morning. Very responsive and friendly.

I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

Wonderful host above an beyond what was advertised

The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Another plus was the option to go to the beach near the area or take a dip in the pool inside the building. We had a lot of fun. 👍 Our host was also very responsive which is most appreciated. 👍

I suddenly got a room, and I was grateful for the quick and friendly response. There are two double beds in a neat room, so I stayed very comfortably like my home for 2 nights and 3 days. There are also a lot of direct elevators on the 4th floor, so it's very nice to go up and down, and the swimming pool is just a 10-second walk to the veranda on the fourth floor. There was a lot of time outside, so I didn't pay much attention to the view. If you care about the view, go to the high floor. However, the garden view here is also neat and nice. It has a lot more advantages and the host is the best. I will definitely come back here again. If you visit here, you will be satisfied.
