Riverside Cottage-Walks-Hot Tub

Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Entire cottage in the heart of rural Hampshire.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.

Beautifully restored original chapel. Sat close to the river Hamble on the A0351 making it quick and easy to visit Historic Portsmouth, New Forest, Isle of Wight even London. The chapel boasts many original features. It is ideal for families, get-togethers and special occasions like birthdays, Christmas and New Year. It truly has to be seen to be fully appreciated. A delightful detached two storey property in the grounds of Whitethorn cottage, in the picturesque village of Crawley near the historic city of Winchester. Secluded and quiet with pleasant garden views. Nicely furnished to a high standard throughout.
