Great apartment to stay! Very modern nice design, very spacious space, two rooms. Me and my husband stayed in January, and it was nice to have radiators that work perfectly so we could regulate the temperature in every room. We used kitchen as well, all cookware was new. The apartment is right by the Main Street, so in walking distance there are shops and supermarkets and restaurants. No problems with hot water, shower worked fine. It was the best apartment we stayed in England so far.

Stephen was a super helpful and friendly host. He was very attentive and could not be more helpful throughout our stay. He gave us recommendations on local places to eat (even a local discount at one!), and was flexible when it came to checking in/checking out with the timings, as we got there a little earlier than planned. Could not recommend this place or the host enough!

We stayed in this apartment Sunday to Wednesday, the apartment was very homely and clean. There was a television in the living room and bedroom both had Netflix that you can log into. Apartment well ventilated with windows in all rooms. I stayed in the apartment on the top floor no noise in building or outside was a very nice location with the beach 10 minutes walk and the town centre walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Utensils very well equipped with a coffee machine that I didn’t manage to use but was there which was nice. Also the pots and pans and other kitchen equipment come out from under the sink in style. The dishwasher was helpful to be able to wash dishes quickly and go out without having to be bunged up with washing up. The bed was very comfortable nicely cushioned and soft. The living room sofa extended to put your legs up while watching your favourite programmes. Overall was amazing and would stay again if in Bournemouth in the future 😊🙌🏽🥰😁

Lovely flat ideally located , within walking distance of restaurants , gym and shopping centres , comfy cosy beds , amazing shower and parking what more could you ask for .

The property is fantastic, well decorated and super clean. The location is also good! The only thing that could be better is the communication as I sent several messages to advise we were check in later and never received a reply. Apart from that all was fantastic! Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here, while seeing family. Great access to the beach. The double bath with the TV is amazing.

Paul’s place was great everything we needed was provided, the rooms were spacious, clean, and free of clutter. We loved using the balcony and the additional toilet was extremely useful. The location was walkable to town and all that Southampton has to offer! We’d definitely stay again :)
