Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eastleigh

Perfect for a one night stay for a birthday celebration with friends. The property was spotless and lovely that bedrooms were all en-suite. Can’t comment much on the area as we were only staying one night and didn’t explore but property itself very private.

Beth is very nice, the environment is beautiful, and the sea view is stunning. We decided to stay an extra night. If it weren’t for the end of the half-term holiday, we would have liked to stay a few more days. We really love it and would consider coming again. very satisfied，and recommend.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

What an amazing house and an amazing host! The attention to detail, the design, the location, the furnishings, the showers and bath, the garden area, all just absolutely stunning! The kitchen was just fabulous! Every detail was thought about. From le creaset ( you know if you know), top of range ovens , coffee machine, even the plates and bowls where luxury at its finest! Every bathroom was beautiful, spacious, equipped with the most wonderful smelling shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hand soaps. This house Just kept giving! The bed was by far the most comfy bed I am ever slept in! The bed sheets smelt so good, felt so good. I am hard to please, but this is the best of the best!!!! This house is tranquil. I just feel so relaxed! Netflix set up and ready for use. It’s the little things that matter and everything was just easy and available! The location was perfect as we had access so many beaches.. I’m running out of words allowance. So il end on saying, just book now!!!

We had a great stay at Belinda’s place. The house is welcoming and just a short walk to the beach. The location is unbeatable for the quieter Bournemouth beaches. Belinda and Matthew checked us in and shared some great tips to make our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the open-plan downstairs and garden area provided a great space for our 4 year old and baby. Belinda was very warm and quick to respond to our queries both before and during our stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

Stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfectly organised and very clean. There was also toys and books which helped a lot to keep my toddler engaged whilst in the house. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and will definitely visit again. Thanks Lee and Karen.

This was the perfect apartment for our needs (3 adults and a dog). The location is excellent – over the road from the beautiful beach which runs for miles, a few minutes away from a lovely local pub, and town is a 10-minute walk with more bars, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is spacious, clean, light and airy. The outdoor seating area is perfect for soaking in the sun – with lots of furniture and a large hot tub. Beds were really comfortable, the décor is of a very high standard and the kitchen very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including condiments, sauces, coffee machine and a welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits, popcorn. Jemma the host is a lovely person. Very accommodating and responsive, and you immediately get the feeling that she genuinely puts her guests at the heart of everything she does. I would absolutey recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Absolutely perfect location if you are visiting Southsea - close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and had great communication from the hosts, and were made sure to have everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

I would say this flat is charming and very welcoming and very clean and beautiful inside lovely bathroom very comfortable beds ,location perfect walking distance to nice restaurant’s I would recommend the haven on the harbour lovely food and service I would recommend to my friends and would love to come and stay again a lovely relaxing stay in comfort

We had a lovely stay. Hettie felt as welcome as us with the bowls, towels and treats. Plenty of areas local to walk for toileting and the beach was only 5/10 mins walk away and this time of year is dog friendly. Recommend the Moroccan restaurant in Southbourne.

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

We had a lovely weekend at Paul and Tracy’s place! The location is ideal in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s about 10 mins drive away from the dog friendly beach and the dogs really enjoyed it. The place is spotless and cozy, and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

From when you enter Elsie’s apartment you can’t help put be impressed, definitely got the wow! Factor. Everything was beautiful and comfortable made even better by a sun trap of an outside area. Walking to restaurants is easy and the seafront on your doorstep. It’s also a perfect place for the BIC and 02

Absolutely amazing flat and stay, couldn’t be happier with the apartment. Such an amazing locations, amazing views from the flat, quiet at night so can sleep with balcony open, greatly equipped and such a cosy flat. Will definitely stay at again!

it was perfect! The apartment was stunning and very homey, the terrace was private and the hot tub was perfect to spend time watching the night sky. There are board games to play too which was fun and relaxing for us to do after a long day of exploring the centre and the surrounding area! (bring comfy shoes, lots of walking!) Also the bed was extremely comfortable, slept like a baby. Having two bathrooms was very convenient too. Host also had a guest book which was nice to look through. Quiet location perfect for a relaxing getaway, wish we could have stayed longer. If we’re ever back in Bournemouth, we will definitely try to book this place again. 1000/10😊
