Arriving from Waverley Train Station and walking to the house is relatively easy. There is a tram stop at York Place at the top of Broughton Street with a direct connection to the Airport. Beautifully presented hotel room 3

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming Georgian townhouse built in 1820. Just 5 minutes from the St James Quarter with its array of boutique shops and fine restaurants, we are in a super spot close to the Old Town and at the edge of the wonderful architecture of the New Town. You will find us tucked away at the end of a quiet cobbled Georgian street, featured in the 2011 film The Illusionist. Our room is Room 3, with a super king bed ,is located on the first floor

Our place is only a 3min walk from the High Street, which has lots of lovely independent businesses and cafes. 0.5 miles from Kirkcaldy train station and 1 mile from the bus station this central property is great for those looking to commute to Edinburgh or Dundee. Our bar is reasonably priced & extensive - pool table, darts, karaoke on offer!

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.
