The bright, spacious, very modernly furnished and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 95 m²) with 2 balconies is centrally located directly on the waterfront of Friedrichshafen and very close to the train station, restaurants, beer gardens, bakery, supermarkets, harbor and the pedestrian zone. One is in about 1 minute walk on the shore of Lake Constance and at the Beach Club. It is only about 4 km to the fair and the airport. An underground parking space is included in the price. Fast WiFi is available.

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Our apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is south facing. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. There is a lockable bicycle port on site. Towels and linens are provided, as well as the main kitchen utensils and appliances such as toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle. Parking is right by the house. The neighborhood is super nice and if you have something against vegetables you should not come, because there is this on every corner ;-)
