The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was clear, friendly, and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is beautiful — spacious, full of light, and tastefully decorated to feel both modern and cozy. Everything was spotless and hygienic, and the space was very practically laid out with plenty of storage. The location is another big plus: the apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Public transport and a supermarket are just around the corner. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions and a convenient key lockbox. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight — a thoughtful gesture that made our departure much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place and happily stay again!

We had a lovely time in Jorge‘s apartment, it’s exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did a lot of cooking. The location is great too, just a short walk from the old town and in a nice neighborhood. Jorge was a super friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

The apartment was great, we booked very spontaneously on the same day and check-in was also directly possible. Angelica was very friendly and helped us with everything. I'd love to come back :)

Our AirBnb was very clean, the couch and bed both very comfortable, the bed being neither too soft nor too hard. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Enough kitchen appliances to make pasta with a sauce for supper and eggs on toast for breakfast. Excellent WiFi for working and taking calls. Located on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and the mercadona for groceries was just around the corner. We had flexible check-in and were able to coordinate with our host to be let in early. Great for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice and cozy loft, perfect for a couple, quite spacious and complete, everything worked perfectly, very quiet area and 5 minutes walk from Gran Turia shopping center, the kitchen had all kinds of utensils, the bathrooms were impolate and complete, Carmen the super friendly and super attentive host, she replies very quickly and I tell us perfectly how to get there, the garage is spacious to leave the car without a problem, a gesture that we really liked is that you have a guide on the most important things to see and places to eat in Valencia in an ultimate super recommended.

Rafa was an excellent host - always responsive and friendly, and provided a lot of suggestions for things to do in Valencia. The apartment was very suitable for our young children. From the accommodation you can walk to the beach or Metro station in 10 minutes, and there are a lot of amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, etc nearby). Would definitely stay again.

All very impressive! The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the Valencian Santa Marinera Week! About communication, cleanliness, order, decoration, and comfort, everything is perfect. Javi as a host, and his apartment, have been the best we have had in the whole country! 100% recommended!
