Wonderful Downtown Loft to premiere. Very bright first floor in a modernist building from 1890. Combine the wooden ceiling beam with modern décor. Luxury equipment and finishes. It's a unique 30-square-meter loft-like space without the bathroom. Three people can stay comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable to open. For rest it has a double bed of 1.50 m and a single sofa bed of 90 cm. The loft is located in the heart of the Barrio del Carmen. It has the charm of being one of the largest old neighborhoods in Europe. It is full of historical monuments, architecture of all ages from medieval to modern, museums, theatres, food market, markets, small neighborhood trade, charming restaurants etc. Ultimately, a great cultural, leisure and hospitality offer. As an experience, I would recommend that my guests take a walk through the neighborhood, without taking the map out of their backpack and start wandering along its medieval route and discovering a multitude of corners, alleys, facades, squares, etc., which most are not found in the usual circuits. The most convenient way to get around the neighborhood is on foot, as distances are not great. The bike ride is also very pleasant, with a great rental offer. Municipal bus line five surrounds the entire historic center and is very convenient for visiting the city's expanse. If you come by car it is possible to park on the same street or surroundings. From the airport, you can take metro line 3 to Angel Guimera Station.

This charming loft apartment from 19 century recently renovated with incredible character high ceilings up to 6 metres and balcony is situated in the heart of Valencia, next to emblematic Quart towers giving entrance to old town, transport, market, amenities less then 3 minutes walk, restaurant cafe just downstairs, strategic position to all Valencia so you can walk anywhere. The loft is situated on 3rd floor without lift but with comfortable stairs. Queen size double bed and one sofa bed.

Amazing Mediterranean beach loft

Luxury mediterranean style 2 levels loft signed by best in-class interior designer. It is located on the first floor of a two-story building, being on the first floor there are very few steps to access the house, about 9 steps. The care for every detail is astonishing and, together with full range of conveniences, makes the top-notch place to stay. The apartment is about 5 minutes walking from Malvarrosa beach. Supermarket at 2 minutes and restaurants and bars at less than 1 minutes!

Nuestro cómodo, amplio y bonito Loft esta recién reformado en 2023, esta situado en la planta baja o planta calle y permite alojar a 4 personas. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
