SOUND FRONT PRIVATE GUEST APARTMENT. Newly Built in 2017. Enjoy sound front views and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay. This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck & private living space. There is a outside shower available to guests, pullout couch, free access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle board off the dock, and parking. Our place feels secluded yet less than a mile to restaurant’s, Publix, and the beach access’s.

Come stay in our fully furnished studio apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 40 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye

This spotless clean, modern, nicely designed apartment has everything you need to enjoy your beach stay. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the soundside sunset views and only 3/4 of a mile to multiple beach accesses with plenty of parking. The bike path stretches 5-6 miles and bikes are provided! We have a private gym, and a new hot tub, just for you. Two adult guest limit, with room for a small child with approval. Sorry, no pets, allergen free.
