Living in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large living room/kitchen, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The renovated townhouse (19th JH), with artistic flair, in the middle of Neustadt, located in a quiet side street, with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, living room with kitchen, 4 shower rooms, 2 terraces and balcony, especially suitable for friends who want to have a private area on a shared holiday: such as a private bathroom and a private floor. In the living room there is a nostalgic stucco ceiling, the whole house has (partly renovated old) wooden floors. The alternately issued paintings are for sale.

Take the whole family to this great place to stay. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking lovers. We start directly from the house to the Jungpfalzhütte. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break.
