We had an amazing stay at this chalet near Lake Superior! The property was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities were fantastic—our group especially enjoyed the game room and relaxing sauna. The kitchen was well-equipped, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The host was readily available and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at Phil's cabin, and we're already planning a third visit next summer. We love the private, quiet location close to Lake Superior and the surrounding woods. The cabin always has exactly what we need. It's clean, comfortable, and cozy.

We could not have found a more ideal place to stay when we came to visit Saxzim Bog! Besides its close proximity we loved everything about Stolhammer Has. The lovely treats along with the very helpful information packet made us feel welcome and informed about our space and location. This home is so comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Hibbing is handy for any extras you might require. We also enjoyed our view from the back picture window of the woods at dawn and dusk from where we saw deer, grouse and chickadees and when outside heard a pileated woodpecker. We would definitely seek out this opportunity for our next trip to the area!

Great stay! Giants Ridge was an easy 12 minutes away!

There were five adults and two children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will come back.

We spent two nights in this cabin and never wanted to leave! What a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior and the rocky coast of Minnesota. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. This place is perfectly laid out for a family and friends group. We can't wait to return.

We had a great week-long winter outing. The unit is right across from the ski resort, but quiet and peaceful with views overlooking the frozen lake. We were able to take long (snowshoe) walks with our dog on the Mesabi trail, plus the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals.

Amazing winter getaway, just what we needed for our birthday celebration! Really appreciated Katherine’s warmth and responsiveness to our questions, and her super clear instructions for finding and accessing the property!
