Marcelino treated us with very kindness and cordiality. It was flexible with time of entry and exit and made us very comfortable.

What a wonderful place, it was super clean and tidy when we arrived.. The house has everything we needed (including some seasonings) and the well-equipped kitchen, the hydro works perfectly, not to mention that everything was cozy mt... The host was also very attentive and gave us all the information... I intend to come back more times.

Casa muito agrávle! We were made to feel very welcome by Adelaide and Paulo. We spend 5 incredible days among friends, we enjoy a lot of the house and the beach that is 10 minutes walk away. We will definitely return!! Merci ;)

Excellent home, plus much attention from the host

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

My husband and I stayed three nights in Glenda's bungalow and had a wonderful experience, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Reception and environment: The house is a real haven of warmth, surrounded by very green and with an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Comfort and structure: We were there on rainy days, and yet the stay was extremely pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and every detail of the space contributes to a sense of well-being. In addition, the house is extremely equipped with basically anything you need. Location and surroundings: The house has a beautiful private river and is also quite close to the center of Ilhabela. There is also a market called Minimaxx about 7 minutes ago. Overall Experience: Having a hot café on the net, watching the trees and listening to the singing of the birds, provided us with moments of deep connection with nature and affective memories that we will take forever.

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Excellent experience! Score 10.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Unico Ponto is the rampinha and the stairs that break a little who is more sedentary, or who is not active in kkk sports Air-conditioning took a long time to freeze, but when it cooled, took it to the living room and for whoever is and is in heat, it will save demaaals! Great house, very comfortable, clean and Lucia is extremely helpful and discreet. Everything is great, an improvement would be to have air-conditioning in the living room. Overall, I recommend it.

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

Incredible place. We stayed with three small children (1, 5, 6) and enjoyed how family friendly the place is. We especially appreciated the little house for our son to play in and the swing along with the shallow pools and gentle beach. The house is a little sprawled out, but you get used to it. The master bedroom is close to another bedroom that can be used as a nursery, but if you have other children they will be in another part of the house further away. It was a small drawback that the door to the other bedrooms from the living room is not able to be closed from the outside, as my kids are still tucked in and put to bed, so we had to keep their door open a crack and this made using the TV after they went to bed a little difficult. Still, we thought it was a very special place and we had a wonderful time. I would love to come back again some day. It is spectacular. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

We chose Uira's apartment and his family to celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and we couldn't have made a better choice. We were 6 adults and two children and the space served us very well, we felt at home. The apartment was super clean, with the difference of having bedding and bath linens available to guests. The room area is a delight for conviviality and meals. The view over the Serra do Mar is wonderful. The complete condominium, with chairs and umbrellas available, are also great differentials. The condominium employees and polite and attentive neighbors. We use the swimming pool, sauna and also the toy library. Thank you for your trust and for allowing us to have wonderful days in the Riviera.

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

Great service and great stay. The only minor nuisance were the works on the houses next door, but obviously it has nothing to do with the host or the house. We intend to go back again and again.
