The apartment is great, very complete and we have accommodated perfectly. The location is good, close to the beach, the market and the BK. Elisabeth has been very requested at all times. Voltaria more often!

It was the third time we stayed here, and we liked it because besides having several nearby restaurants, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, it is a very quiet place, the concierge staff are extremely gentle. Fernando as I always request, a great host.

The apartment is great, spacious, very clean. Utensils in every way, there was nothing missing. Market, pharmacy, restaurant all within walking distance. Vanessa responds super fast and helpful. It's very close to the beach, the place around it is beautiful, the neighborhood is very safe, cameras everywhere. Very quiet and family. I recommend, we will come back more often, the jacuzzi is perfect 😊

The apto of Marco Antônio is super well located, and has everything it takes to be well installed. Building staff are very attentive, and always available. Marco was super good people at letting us stay in the apartment. Cinzinha has the necessary to make meals, and the place is very pleasant.

The only suggestion we have is the addition of one more bathroom, as the house accommodates a good number of people and this would make the stay even more comfortable. I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, and it served my family perfectly. It is equipped with all the utensils, and provided bedding, bath and table linen, and this made our stay too much easier. The building has an ice machine, as well as umbrellas and chairs that are already mounted on the beach for our convenience. Guilherme always very polite and kind, he asked me all the questions, and so our lodging was even more pleasant. My family and I spent very happy days. Thank you Guilherme. We'll be back soon.

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

The well-organized apartment, we feel at home with the accommodation! Location is easy access, the beach in the middle of the week is a bit deserted, but on weekends it even finds a trailer. Easy access to Rivieira. The lady who was at the concierge was not sympathetic when we arrived, lacked a little clarity to explain about the building and a bit of courtesy. Claudia always responded to us very quickly and courtesy, cleared the doubts .. for sure the checkin time is a difference! We loved our tour!
