Holiday rentals with a patio in Erie County

Filipe was a great host. Checked in with us through the app to make sure everything was going well without being too pushy, and offered overall a wonderful experience!

At the end of December, we traveled to the Buffalo area to visit family and attend the Bills game. The owners of this property were incredibly responsive and helpful in advance of our trip. No question went unanswered and we knew before we checked in that they were truly “super hosts”. Upon arrival, it was very clear that the owners thought of everything so guests could feel at home. The home is dog-friendly and there were spare leashes, bowls, towels and treats for our pet. The living room and bedroom furniture were incredibly comfortable so you truly could relax. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances were high-end. The location was perfect for our visit. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the Villag of Hamburg and about a 10 minute drive to the Bills’ stadium. There is even an enclosed front port with furniture to enjoy.

Matthew was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. The apartment was just like the photos and had everything we needed while being within walking distance of downtown Buffalo. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend especially for the price I believe it’s a steal!

Julia was a fantastic host with a wonderful home! Lots to do in Downtown Buffalo and Julia’s guide was full of great activities and dining options! We especially loved the AGK art museum and the nearby Autark Brewhouse!

This was a perfect base for our quick trip to the Niagara Falls area. There is a nice park nearby with a path right on the river and grocery stores etc very close as well. The unit was just right for the 3 of us, with a fantastic kitchen and very comfy beds. Everything was in great shape. We would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our stay was amazing! We felt so at home and cozy! Robert was so responsible and went above and beyond for us. He brought us over an iron within 10mins of the request. The bedrooms were all good size. The bathroom was very nice. The location was a perfect short 5min drive to restaurants, convention centers and casino. I would absolutely recommend and book again!

Ryans home was perfect for our weekend stay to see the Bills game. The street was quiet and private and just 5 minutes away were all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. Highmark Stadium was only a 20 minute drive. When we come back for the Bills game next year we will definitely stay with Ryan again!

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

Beautiful space and great location! It was super clean, had tons of games and puzzles, and was a perfect spot for a family (and dogs!). Would highly recommend!

Michele was an amazing host. she went above and beyond. what ever was needed she brought us. for example extra chairs and tables. Her home was quite,clean, very spacious, lots of room to relax to have down time with them family. the thing we loved the most was how we felt we where home away from home. at night we sat around a big fire pit. in the big house there were two fridges. Great since we where a party of 16. the kids had a big yard to play football. lots of parking. the house was very equipped with ac uints in each rm. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. worth every memory made. We hope to be back!

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing long weekend in Buffalo at Rob’s place! Family came to stay from Tennessee and Rochester. Everyone was very comfortable and happy to be able to spend time together in a central location to all the activities we had planned (Bills game, Bandits game, hiking Eternal Flame trail at Chestnut Ridge, shopping). Quality family time in a comfortable space made for wonderful lasting memories. Rob was amazing in so many ways - allowing me to add another night after booking, making sure we checked in without issue, snow shoveled before we got out, attentive to parking needs, and more. Seriously made the stay so easy and stress-free. Thank you Rob!!
