Large, lovingly renovated factor house with sauna

The large semi-detached house of the cloth merchant C.W. Henke in the Oberlausitz: built in 1831 and carefully renovated with the original doors, windows and planks, Meißner tile stoves, traditional linens oil colors as well as historic wallpaper from the 1930s. On 260m² there is plenty of space for up to 11 people, a large dining table for everyone, plenty of toys and a very extensively equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the sauna in the house will attract you.

The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.
