The hotel is conveniently located near Istanbul's most famous mosque. We enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep, and the place was clean.

This is a good place to stay, in a good area close to the metro. It is easy to get anywhere from here, as well as a 25-minute walk to Taksim Square. The receptionist was polite but the room could be more clean

Lovely place with lovely people working there. We felt like home and there was always someone to help us with our questions. It is not a luxury place but it has everything you need and more. I loved to sit on the terrace watching the city waking up :) Would definitely recommend to stay there!

The stay at the place was very good overall. The room was big and clean throughout. Only if you take a closer look at it was very very dusty under the bed there was no dusting for a long time. But we only noticed that because my fiancé lost her earring and who fell right in there. But it's not something you need to ride around now. The only thing that bothered me a little is that the air conditioning system heated the heating, but only the entrance area, the heat was not distributed into the room. The night was a little cold. If they could improve that somehow it's really very highly recommended. From this is highly recommended 🙏🏾

Wonderful stay! Small rooms but friendly family/staff and yummy, free breakfast! Istanbul is a huge city but this is a fantastic location- walkable to most hot spots.

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

Here is the outcome of this stay: - Located at the last Metro Station from Sabiha airport which is good for travellers. - Metro is 10 mins away from the house - Metro can take you anywhere in Istanbul. - Safe area - A lot of Resturant/ shops nearby - Quite area - Worth the price - Stayed for 4 days and I would visit again. - Host is very responsive and great in giving instruction. My daughter and I were traveling in Istanbul together and were a little nervous being so female tourists. VersecaHotel surpassed all of our expectations. The host was probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had. We felt comfortable and most importantly safe. We didn’t feel uncomfortable at all walking around at 11pm to midnightish. The room was spotless and you could not beat the location! It was walking distance to everything. The only thing I regret is not visiting the roof top patio earlier. It was a great place to take our carry out dinner to while watching the sunset. We intend to visit again in the spring with our whole family. Thank you for your hospitality and such an incredible visit.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

The house was in really demanding place. Even it is bit small, the room has everthing and fell in love with the balcony which is a greatest part. Only problem is to find a parking area if you have a car. There is a parking lot right in the street (near Happy Center market), which is 1-2 minutes distance. I believe it is affordable(450TRY/night) for 2-3 days accommodation. Also there is a ISPARK close to Cıragan Palace, which is much cheaper(190TRY/night). If you go late at night, there is a high possibility to find an available lot. Anyway, everthing was super clean in the room, beds were comfortable and there are shampoo/body gel in bath. Also thanks for the free coffee. Host was responsive and helped all the questions that we have. If we will come Istanbul, we will definetely consider to stay here again.
