Modern apartment with luxurious furnishings that can accommodate two people. Charming bathroom with large shower cabin. Great large and quiet terrace just for our guests! Fully equipped kitchen! Company Roche can be reached on foot in 20, by car in 5 minutes. Super location at the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Lake Kochel and Walchensee can be reached in half an hour, Lake Starnberg and the Ostersee lakes are in the immediate vicinity!

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isarlage. The city center is within 5 minutes of the Isar promenade. Shopping facilities such as baker's butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are each double rooms with a shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all the rooms can be locked individually

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more intensive attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is paused between the individual reservations ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. Not suitable for small children! Large room (30 sqm) with a small garden, own kitchen and large private shower room (20 sqm). 35 km from Munich, bus to the S-Bahn connection 100 meters away, Starnberger See (about 16 km), near Bad Tölz, Tegernsee and the mountains.
