Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Get back to nature but with a good dollop of comfort! Please note there is no electricity at this site. Your dog is welcome too!

Peaceful, rural retreat on organic working farm, one mile outside Glastonbury. Large, cottage-style conversion, (once stables & cow stall!) Private entrance hall with desk. Kitchen/dining/sitting room with sofa bed, doors to garden and uninterrupted views of Somerset levels and Mendip hills. Washing area/second loo. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, single bed and sofa, en-suite shower. Door to garden and sitting area. Footpath across fields to Avalon Marshes, RSPB & Ham Wall nature reserves.

Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn

Tastefully restored barn conversion on small working farm finished to a high standard. The property will suit a family or a group of friends. Situated in the open countryside with things to do locally and also a close drive to York or Beverley with numerous tourist attractions, lots of bars and restaurants. Locally you have Allerthorpe water park and various golf clubs in the area nearest being KP Club in Pocklington. On the foot of the Yorkshire wolds with lots of scenic drives and walks.

There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
