Apartment holiday rentals in Falmouth

Had a lovely stay, place was spotless and a stones throw away from either the beach or the main strip for food/ coffee/ bars etc. Lucy was super friendly and made it very easy to find the place/ check in. Would 100% stay here again!

Comfortable flat with all Amenities required . Perfect location right in the center , shops , restaurants , port and beaches and yet in a quiet location . With a bonus of allocated parking space minutes away at the train station which is a real advantage in St Ives . Thank you .

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

2nd time we have been here and wasn’t disappointed when we chose to come back!

Charming, spacious, modernised harbour front flat with all you could wish for. Highly recommended in this delightful classic Cornish fishing port.

I'm so glad to have been able to stay here! It honestly was one of the most amazing properties ever, I was saying to my now fiance and my parents how I'd love to move in. The scenery was stunning, the decor with the plants was beautiful and you could barely hear the noise from outside. A few bits in the kitchen weren't properly washed but we cleaned up what we needed to use, not the end of the world! I definately plan to stay here again as it was in such a perfect location. I highly recommend a meal at the Boathouse a few minutes away from the property, and keep an eye on your spends at the arcade. Oh my god I'm sure I could've got a mortgage out with the amount we spent! Good time and lots of smiles around. I hope you find this advice helpful and have a wonderful time in Newquay :)

Great place to stay, modern and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Accommodation is fully equipped and has everything you need. We wish we stayed for longer than one night but glad we extended our holiday to Cornwall an extra night by staying here. Would definitely look to stay here again. 10/10.

Excellent stay at this lovely home, lovely and clean with lots of room, the private back garden is a bonus when you have a dog, there is even dog balls and treats upon arrival, I did replace them as my dog chewed up the tennis ball, sorry Chris, there is also a welcome pack with bread, milk etc, our own dedicated parking spot, never saw Chris or his family whilst we were there but knew he was on hand should we have needed him, although Newquay is a noisy place once we'd closed up for the day it was so quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough, rent it you won't be disappointed. Five stars from us, thanks Chris & family. Ian, Gail & Buddy

We wanted a peaceful and comfortable place to stay close to town and I must say this was an absolutely perfect location! The room is lovely with everything you need from kitchen to bathroom. they even supplied us with towels! All in all I found no fault with the property or location and Jenny is a fantastic host who is also very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had an excellent stay! The location was right in the middle of the village so we had easy access to the paths and restaurants. The directions Rachel gave us were easy to follow so check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and Rachel even left a couple scones for a cream tea! I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was even better than hoped for and thoughtfully presented with high quality, contemporary furnishings and spotlessly clean. We felt immediately comfortable and relaxed. The walk to Newlyn Art school was 10mins and a good way to start the day. We didn’t need to use the car because Penzance and Mousehole were both walkable which felt like a bonus. We hope to return.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Kevin was an awesome host! Super helpful and the welcome card was a nice touch. Perfect location too – everything was within walking distance and the apartment was clean and well-organized.

Cute, cosy beach pad with lovely warm swimming pools and and everything you needed for a wonderful time by the sea. Would highly recommend!
