good place, quiet despite being in the center of the city. a couple of steps and you are already on the lake. great environment, great price.

An apartment in a quiet condominium in a great location in Balatonkenes. With private -inner courtyard parking and trash can. Nice view of Lake Balaton from the terrace. The kids loved the layout of the rooms. The paid beach is within walking distance, while the free beach is not far away. David was waiting for us with a special gift package, which crowned his friendly, proactive guests. The neighbors are kind and helpful if we needed guidance on anything. Thank you for the opportunity to come back.

In one word, perfect, most suitable for a vacation, I highly recommend it.

The host was an excelent english speaker and a very nice person - she even gave us some tomatoes from her beautiful garden, she left us wine, water and chocolate. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes away on foot from a public free beach. We loved the garden!

Recommended place. Beach 15 mins walk but by scooter it takes around 5 mins. Nice and comfy place.

The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. Due to the air conditioning available, we also had a very pleasant temperature. The location is great and everything necessary is within minutes walking distance. We were able to park the car in a secured parking place in the courtyard. Would recommend the apartment anytime!

Great place to stay - we absolutely loved it! Would recommend just some bigger pillows and maybe a smart TV where you can connect to apps (Netflix etc), other than that it’s perfect and all 5 stars on everything! :)

Nice apartment, communication with Janos was correct, Janos left me some food, drinks...which helped me a lot to hold until the next day. Thanks for that.

We spent 3 nights in Vince's home as part of a trip with Hungarian friends who lived nearby. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). They will only remember the presence of 2 adorable cats on the terrace! We recommend ++ and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises again.

Definitely worth to stay in this apartment. Nice walk -18 mins to the promenade and Angel of Peace statue. Nice fish restaurant just directly next to the apartment. Another local one just behind the corner. Shopping center to buy meal also very close - by walk or by a car. Whirpool, sauna, everything quiet and relaxing, no problem to find a free space to spend time here. Apartment nice and clean.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was great, with a great restaurant in the neighborhood, and we especially appreciated the spa facilities, which added a nice touch to our getaway. One small suggestion would be to provide extra towels specifically for the spa area, as it would make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Honestly? With other places and landlords, you probably can't have it better. Extremely equal, but that would be very difficult for them to reach. Mariann has actually unspeakably elevated her quality in everything. I wish I could stop everywhere.

Very kindly received by Lilla, she gave us a tour. It is very nice that you could use the facilities of the hotel: swimming pool, beach on the lake, lawn in the shade, plenty of sun loungers, nice swimming pool without restrictions. Stores and restaurant in walking distance. Private parking. Very cool!
