Our apartment is located on the golden coast of Siófok in a residential park directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake. An equipped kitchen and stylish, modern furnishings await our guests. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the free beach, where it is not only pleasant to swim, sunbath but also to cycle, walk, wakeboard and do sports. There is a parking space for one car in the closed courtyard of the residential complex.

8 rooms can comfortably accommodate 16+5 people in this three-story house. There are no neighbors, the music can be loud in the garden as they barbecue. If the weather is not favorable, the dining room inside can accommodate 30 people and can play pool at the same time. There are 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets in the renovated property. The kitchen is also suitable for cooking and preparing the outdoor barbecue. Of course, parking is free and the cleaning fee is included in the price.

We built our beautiful two-storey house to welcome guests. In this listing you can book the LOWER apartment, the floor is currently empty, unused :) . 2 large bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom with shower. Living room with kitchen and dining room: microwave, hob, nespresso, dishwasher. The private garden has an outdoor area, sunbathers, a minigrill, and some weed. The beach is 300 meters, the bicycle and footpath in front of the house. There is neither WiFi nor TV.

Near the lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. on foot) is our holiday home. It is ideal for 6-7 persons. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play soccer. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always contact us with your questions. For festivalgoers, parties, loudspeakers, we don't rent out accommodations.
