Comfortable well-equipped apartment, all outdoors, with a large terrace. A building with a garden, a brace, and a view of the Rio Tambre. Quiet area with all the amenities (banks, pharmacy, super...). With interesting leisure options: River walks, playgrounds, paddle tennis, pool, etc. 10' from the airport, 15' from the center of Santiago and 30' from A Coruña. Access to the A9 motorway that communicates with all beaches and Galician cities.

Penthouse with stunning ocean views. It has a 30-meter terrace, two bedrooms with a direct sea view, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. All rooms have ocean views. Garage square and descent to the blue flag beach. The master bedroom consists of a bed of 160, the second room has a bed that can be single or double 160. The kitchen with breakfast overlooking the sea. The living room with Chaise longue.
