Come and relax in the tranquility of the rural countryside. Enjoy the splendour of the large garden overlooking our horses grazing in the paddock. The house itself is very charming and spacious. It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy country life, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, as it is located 20 min. from A Coruña, 45 min. from Santiago de Compostela and 5 min. from the water park of Cerceda. Several hiking trails of varying distances and difficulty levels are available in the area. The house shares a property with my house .

Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/sea promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from downtown, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.

Fully renovated and furnished apartment in July 2022. It has all you need for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, toiletries, etc. Our cozy apartment is located just 1 km from the city center, in a busy area with all the services just a few meters away (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).
