A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

Worth every penny; excellent location and Nikolaos does a wonderful job hosting and letting you know what excursions/food options are available. HIGHLY recommend!

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We had a fantastic week at Sakis’ villa. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was always maintained as well. The sea, with a small, lovely beach, is just around the corner. However, we still recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Sakis was always available with valuable tips, and we enjoyed the service at his restaurant next door, which had great coffee and delicious food. Sakis also rented a boat for us directly, and everything worked out perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful week and will definitely recommend the villa.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

A true little paradise! We visited during off-season and had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is beautifully furnished, and the garden offers plenty of spots to relax. The view is absolutely priceless - pure relaxation. And just when you think it can't get any better: you can watch the sunset directly from the house! I still dream about the beautiful colors in the sky. Christos was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great tips and even some lovely little surprises. Thank you so much!

The check-in and all the communication was easy, smooth and responsive. the place itself was super clean, down to each and every cup and fork. There was coffee, some juice and even a bottle of wine which was very nice. The pool was spotless. it's a beautiful, charming, secluded place that has amazing views, 2 little kittens that visit often and is just a little Greek dream. we will definitely be back.

I’m not sure where to start. The hosts are beyond incredible and hospitable, they took us to the shops, brought us things when we needed them and asked how we were throught. Tammy and Babis were so wonderful. The place itself is a marvel, you’re surrounded by swathes of raw nature and combine that with the outdoor amenities, you’d wish you were there all day. Such a clean, pristine place. Me and my friends were speechless, by the quality, the hospitality and the experience. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

peacefull, quiet and a nice view.

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

Just back from a fantastic week at villa dionysos in the beautiful Spartia. What an amazing place to base yourself to explore Kefalonia. You really need a car here, think we might have struggled without. The pool was stunning with a view out to the sea and we loved watching the super yachts moored there.

It is the best place to stay in Lefkada if you want to see the beautiful beaches which are on the west side of the island! The vila is amazing, everything is new, modern, the view is wow, you find absolutely everything you need in the villa.

The homeowner is very welcoming and friendly, everything inside the room has everything, and there is a pool that can be used, very comfortable to stay in.Travelers with a car are recommended to travel around.

We had such a great stay at the beach house. Eli and Ulyssus were fantastic hosts. The house is quite literally on the beach which was perfect for us and our children. Also the taverna at the end of the beach was great with delicious fresh cooked food. The beach itself was great, soft sand and gently sloping. The sea was also so still, lovely for our youngest (who turned three while we were there) to explore the calm water. All in a fantastic holiday and we highly recommend staying with Eli to explore this beautiful side of the island.

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Salty pebble house was great only a couple of minutes walk to the bakery. Fiskardo is a 5 min drive away. Would hire a car tho to explore the island. Everything you would need is in the cottage very responsive host. There was essentials waiting like water beer and wine. Definitely would stay again.

I just spent two unforgettable weeks in this beautiful apartment in Kefalonia and I can only leave a super positive review! The location is simply perfect within walking distance of the sea. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight on the cake was the Host's hospitality. She was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the start. She provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit, and made sure we never missed anything. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Greek sea, this apartment is the perfect choice! I recommend it without any hesitation and hope to be back soon.

What can we say other than fantastic. The villa was perfect and had everything we really needed for a family of 5. The outside space was lovely with views out to the sea and mountains which were stunning. There are gorgeous beaches and places to eat well within walking distance. The Villa, located in Spartia is in a great location to tour the island, although we did not have to travel to far to enjoy Kefalonia as there was plenty on our doorstep, which meant we could relax and the kids just loved snorkling and swimming in the calm local waters. Lena was very accomodating and helpful, dealing with any mesaages / queries very quickly and was also able to accomodate us arriving earlier than the usual check in time, which was really helpful after a very early start that day. The housekeeper Sandra was excellent, and also very helpful sharing lots of local knowledge. We would highly recommend and hope to see Lena and Sandra again in the near future.

We spent a great week in Ithaca. Olive Grove was a very beautiful house, with a great view, very close to Vathi and in a very quiet spot. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very kind and very helpful. We were greeted by Mr. Kostas, Jerry's father, and made us feel at home from the beginning. In fact, we had cold water, wine, and the basics in the fridge for a breakfast. The only issue is the many stairs from parking to house, but everything else fully compensates you! The island is great! Highly recommended!

Apartment looks beautiful as on the fotos. The view is amazing. The house has everything you need from dishes to bath shower and towels. We got even some presents from the host uzo, honey and vegetables from his garden. The host was very kind and helpful. On the way to apartment in the place Dragano we have cuted two tyres, he wanted to come to pick us up and drive all the way to Lefkas which is one hour far away. He even organized for us rent a car at 11 o'clock at evening. We were amaized by his kidnes. Next time when we came to Lefkada we will for sure stay in this house. Also, there was a Ferry's strike as we have reserved accomodation in Cephalonia and Dionisis gave us one night gratis because of all ours troubles. Amazing house and amazing hosts.

We spent a lovely few days in this excellent apartment just a short walk from the beautiful little marina/harbour at Fiskardo. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and had a lovely big balcony where we spent a lot of time taking in the breathtaking views. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away in Fiskardo, which is a lovely place to have food or a few drinks right by the marina. Would definitely visit again.
