Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Flic En Flac Beach

Thanks to Rishna and Marie, we had a great stay at Flic en Flac. A beautiful apartment, in a great location, with all the amenities available, and unbeatable value for money! (Not to mention the welcome basket waiting for us… fabulous) But what made the stay even more beautiful was Rishna's warm welcome, who, in addition to being extremely kind, listened to us throughout our stay. I never actually met Julie while I was there but contacted her several times before the trip and her responses were always quick and very helpful. During my stay at the apartment I met Nita and her husband. They’re both incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were super helpful with any queries I had. I was staying on my own and it was my first time in Mauritius but they made me feel right at home. Even small touches like providing delicious fresh fruits on a couple of mornings, was very kind of them and much appreciated (a lovely surprise to wake up to!) The apartment itself is lovely and well maintained with excellent wifi. It’s in a quiet area. The bed has a very comfortable, firm mattress. The roof-top terrace is huge and a lovely spot to relax/sunbath. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole apartment was very clean. They have a shop at the end of the road (less than a minute walk), very handy for snacks and essentials :) Would happily stay here again. 10/10!

Very very nice place, well maintained in terms of exteriors, super clean inside, beautiful sea view, fabulous sunsets. Nice pool for returning from walks. Excellent garden furniture around the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Walks nearby, on foot or by car. Tamarin is very well located, very easy south access, very easy north access also because roads and 4 lanes are present everywhere on the island. In addition, and this is very important to us, Virginia's excellent hosting, always super present as soon as we requested it, always very good advice. We recommend it!

Located in a cute fisher village along a scenic road. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Any groceries, cash withdrawals need to be done before (La Gaulette). Highlight is the terrasse and hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

A wonderful apartment, there is everything you need to stay! A balcony with panoramic views, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and dinner. A very quiet place! The beach and the supermarket are all nearby. Independent check-in is a great idea! Yudish, very responsive and friendly, he was always in touch and ready to help with any question!

We were guests at Christine's Airbnb for the second time. The Airbnb was cleaned daily, the beds freshly made. They put a lot of effort into making the guest have a pleasant time. The location of the Airbnb is super located to walk to restaurants or to shop for small things. We enjoyed the week very much and would book it again.

Our stay in Sarah house was great. Location is good near to supermarket and 2 min by car to the beach. House is quiet you sleep comfortably. All what you need for your stay is available washing machine, cocker… I recommend to choose Sarah house

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Christophe's, he was extremely available and put us in touch with his local contacts to help us discover Mauritius off the beaten track. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos, it is quiet and at the same time close to everything, including the beach and major accesses. It is private and very well maintained. Our next stay in Mauritius will be without hesitation in Christophe's villa.

I recently stayed at Villa Palmeras, and it was a great experience! The villa was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to all amenities while still being quiet and peaceful. Everything was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and easy. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend Villa Palmeras to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Very nice condo and Sebastien & Valerie are very friendly. Only the beach in front is not nice. but the hikes like 7 cascades ir ebony are amazing!!

Great place...very friendly hosts..a home away from home...very clean...bathrooms very upmarket and beautiful furnishings. Great views. The kitchen is very modern..Parking is secure and safe...lovely swimming pool with gym facilties. I will definitely recommend this place to anyome coming to Mauritius.

The family was very friendly and the apartment was really nice. In the neighborhood there were barking dogs, which might be disturbing for some. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticize, and we thank the family very much.

We rented Christina’s space for a month. Friendly host, Christina’s husband was present to check us in. Friendly people around. Peaceful area, beach is near by - walking distance. Christina responded within 24 hours if we had questions. Lots of restaurant options. Comfortable mattresses. AC works. WiFi is fast. Place was clean enough compared to other options on airbnb. Kitchen works fine. Be sure to bring your own shower gel, toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo, garbage bags etc. There’s a jumbo express near by if you want to get groceries for breakfast etc. Would book again and recommended for long stays.
