Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay at Jean-Yves and Clotilde's apartment. The latter is very well located, close to the dike and the beach, a south facing exposure to perfect it all! Once parked, everything is within walking distance, the city center is very close. The apartment is very bright and pleasant, equipped as it should be, the bedding is of very good quality and very comfortable; everything is true to the listing! Jean-Yves, even remotely, is very attentive to his tenants, very available and reachable at all times; the explanations are very clear and the communication is very easy, which is very pleasant. We'll be back with pleasure at Jean-Yves and Clotilde's. Definitely recommend (but not too many places:) ).

Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely time staying here for a few days during the Easter holidays. Perfect place for a couple to stay and make the most of Margate whilst also being slightly out of the busy town centre.

We absolutely loved our stay in Teresa's flat - so stylish and well equipped and a fabulous view. It's very clean and well maintained. It's also quiet and in a really nice part of Herne Bay. We spent a day cycling along the coast and found some great places to eat in the evening. Teresa was very helpful about everything and responded quickly to any queries. I'd totally recommend the flat and look forward to a revisit myself. Thank you, Teresa.

Ideal accommodation for having a good time on the Opal Coast for 2 people. Because it's not very big, especially the kitchen area. Located on the esplanade of the Wimereux seawall, it is also close to all shops. Catherine is very welcoming and responsive to our various questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Wimereaux as we had never stayed on the north coast of France before. This apartment was perfect for our needs, Phillipe and Isabelle provided everything as required, the apartment was exactly as described with an added bonus that the sun sets with an unobstructed view on an evening. Other benefits: Scenic coastal walks Close to supermarket (less than five minute walk away) Close to the town with really nice shops, bars and restaurants (10 minute walk away - depending on speed of walk - downhill going to town, uphill coming back - which we didn't mind) Great for a short or long stay. Dean was an incredibly attentive and friendly host. From the moment we booked he took an interest in us and catered to the reasons for our visit. Sending us helpful information throughout especially regarding parking which was so helpful upon arrival. Dean was there to meet us on arrival and have a thorough tour. The disaster box was a brilliant touch that I have never seen before at another setting it was full of things you may have forgotten such as toothbrush’s deodorant etc. We played scrabble and Jenga in the evening then went down to a lovely Greek restaurant called Soritos. The location couldn’t be more central and it’s 5 minute walk to the beach or sea. The flat is much larger than I expected and Immaculately clean . We really really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back thankyou Dean for your hospitality and friendly approach.

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

A lovely and recently refurbished flat perfect for a couple. Paul made us welcome and gave us all the information required to settle in, including maps of the area. The location is convenient to explore St Leonards and Hastings and the neighbourhood has a lot of shops and restaurants two minutes from the flat. The walk to the beach takes under ten minutes.

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Our time at Anna’s place was absolutely wonderful. The views are unbelievable, especially being able to see the sea from bed. The place is nicely decorated and the sofa is super comfortable! Some milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were also there on arrival, a thoughtful touch. The wifi was a bit slow and the shower hose could be a bit longer to make showering in the bath easier, but honestly these are the only improvements I can think of - it was a fantastic stay and we would happily stay again! Anna was also extremely helpful and kind, with quick responses to messages, clear instructions and helpful recommendations for local places to eat. Highly recommend!

fantastic!! the best Airbnb we have been to! place is so cool really super helpful host! easy to find and park do make sure you use and leave the permit!!! locally it's so easy to get around 5 days and we drove out once! recommend als bakery and the Turkish place on the prom was truly special thanks again. we shall definitely return

Tarek was extremely friendly and helpful. He kept up excellent communication before my trip, was there to meet me on the day and was very responsive throughout my stay. He even went over and above by providing me a fan given the extremely warm weather at the start. The place is very well connected with a 20 min bus to Woolwich and nice peaceful surroundings nearby. The place is worth the price, especially if you are looking for a short stay. Given my stay was longer, Tarek has been really helpful in making my stay as comfortable as possible and providing extras where he can. Would recommend for sure!

We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x
