Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous place to stay right by the beach and not too far from Rye. The house had everything we needed to cook in and was a perfect layout for an extended family to relax and socialise. The garden was a good size with a lovely hammock and table tennis table too. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Georgina was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you

We spent a fabulous weekend at James' place. From the easy access and chilled presecco in the fridge (thank you!) to the comfortable, clean, quiet environment. It is dog friendly, safe and with a beautiful garden. Plenty to do locally. Thank you James. Coming again if you will have us!!!

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

Our stay was very comfortable and nice . Martin was very responsive . We had no difficulties during our stay . The bungalow was neat and clean . The morning view from our stay was lovely . The beach is just 5 mins drive which added a pleasant experience to our stay . Will definitely recommend to our friends going ahead .

This place was great, peaceful and fun all in one. Perfect location for our 2 families to spend our birthday celebrations. Games room was great for the whole family as was the hot tub! Lovely grounds for a walk and great entertaining area both inside and out. Host was super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! Lovely spacious lodge with everything you could want for a confortable stay. High spec decorations , facilities, comfy beds and living areas

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Had the perfect stay at Oceanfront Bliss, so peaceful with outstanding views. The place was perfectly presented with all the amenities required during our stay. Our 1 year old had the best time with plenty of space and children's toys to play with. Great communication by the host. Wish we stayed longer and will defiantly be returning in the future.

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Such a beautiful cosy perfect little place we fell in love with it the minute we walked through the garden gate, cute, quaint and abit like stepping back in time, an evening in front of the fire on the comfy sofa with a cup of tea after a very windswept walk across the nature reserve was an absolutely perfect Sunday, followed by a great sleep in the super comfy bed , and croissant and fresh coffee for Breakfast kindly left by Lynda who was such a lovely helpful host, we will absolutely be back to stay for longer in the summer, one of our most favorite Air bnb accomodations by far 🙂

Lovely little space in a picturesque location right next to the park and a short walking distance from the seaside. Roger was very friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed for our short stay.

Very good stay in Sylvie's chalet. The cottage is small but functional, and the garden is very nice. The location is great, quiet but 10-15 minutes from everything you will need. We will come back when we are visiting the area.

We didn't want to leave, it's a perfect relaxing hideaway for those who love to be woken by birdsong. We saw deer in the adjacent field and it's wonderful to have a secure environment for the 2 dogs to explore. The hut is snug and cosy, the living space is very comfortable and Jean-Mary was extremely accommodating. There are great woodland walks on the doorstep, much appreciated by Echo and Albert. The South Downs are a short drive away and we enjoyed spectacular views at Firle Beacon. A bonus was hearing owls as we sat out in the paddock at night by the fire pit. Hope to be back, thanks Jean-Mary for being an excellent host!
