Holiday rentals with beach access in Folly Field Beach

We loved how close we were to the beach! The unit was also very close to the elevator and there is a covered loading zone which was great given we left in the rain. Took our family of 6. It was a bit cozy,(especially given 1 of them was in a pack n play and 1 was in a toddler blow up bed) but definitely doable. Had a little hiccup on the check in, but Renee was very quick to take care of it.

It was a lovely location. Watching the sunrise over the pool with coffee in the morning and walking on the beach at sunset was perfect.

As a fellow Super Host, Karen's space is well curated with beautiful comfortable decor, lovely linens, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is wonderful and the walk to the beach is close and beautiful. Karen was fantastic in her communication. We enjoyed great meals at Hudson's (go early) and The Links at the Harbour Town Golf Links (make reservations). If you enjoy golf, you will enjoy this beautiful club. Highly recommend!

best host I had so far. clear instructions, great communication. very clean completely furnished apartment with free parking right in the heart of the busy part of Tybee island. plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in close vicinity. only a few steps from the pier and beach.

Clean, cozy basement home. Great hosts, location right next to the beach and near everything Tybee Island has to offer.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Cute little place. Very clean. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We were able to let them out off leash to sniff and potty. Very close to Coligny Plaza for convenience. Claudia was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

Top-notch communication with prompt responses. House was very clean and we felt at home. Had no issues with check-in or check-out and was not bothered at all doing our stay, with great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Enjoyed our stay. Liked the downstairs entrance that houses beach items. Mornings and evenings were nice to sit outside in the screened in porch or at the outdoor table. Short walk to the beach. Had kitchen items that one would need for simple meals, also had crock pot and blender. Beach towels were there if needed. During our stay there was someone staying in the attached apartment but we did not hear them.

What a great house to stay in if you are heading to Hilton Head. Took my family of 4 and 2 dogs to Hilton Head for a week for New Year’s 2025 and we could not be happier with our choice. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We loved playing pool, ping pong and hanging out in the screened porch. The dogs also enjoyed the beach, screened porch and the fenced in area in the back. Plenty of places and things to do in the area. Super Host Marina was very responsive and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions.

I have used Airbnb before but not like Michael’s place. We had almost everything we needed (especially in the kitchen) and made us feel as if we are at our own home. Add to it providing the charcoal for the grill, the wood for the fire pit and making himself available if we needed anything. It was a great experience all around.

We had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and it had everything we needed! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen for a rental. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. House was also well stocked with lots of games which was nice because it rained quite a bit during our late December stay. Garage was well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. Our grandkids had so much fun with all the beach toys and the wagon made it easy to transport stuff to the beach. The pool was very fun too! Our kids and grandkids spent hours playing in it which again was awesome since the weather was not ideal most of our trip. The hosts added so many nice details to really make our stay comfortable and Steven was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this property and host. Hoping to return in the summer!

Access to beach easy, hot tub on deck great, parking on site a winner, place very clean and as advertised. Tybee Island old fashioned funky beach town, with a great beach. Shopping on island, also nearby at Publix, close to shrimp and grits at Tubby s tank house in Thunderbolt. Tracy good host, always responded quickly. would definitely stay again.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

This was my first time staying near any beach and Mark provided an excellent Airbnb experience. Pictures are as described, everything is clean, clear instructions and communication, it's hard to find somewhere this nice for the price! It was so nice with the lights dimmed and the sliding door open at night feeling the breeze and watching TV. Would absolutely recommended staying here for a nice beach getaway.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Tasha was a wonderful host. She reached out to me prior to checkin to ensure I received the door code. She also handled an extra parking price for my wife very quickly. Best customer service I have experienced using Airbnb or hotel room. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay on Tybee at Michael’s place! The location was great and we loved having easy pool and beach access. Also loved that the restaurant on site had a bar counter inside the pool area so you didn’t have to leave to get food or drinks! The condo was bigger than I imagined from pictures and had all amenities as listed. The little porch was great for morning coffee or evening drinks. We’d definitely recommend Michael’s place if you’re looking for a condo on Tybee!

Wonderful place to stay for our family! We loved the space and privacy. Close to everything on Tybee and a quick drive into Savannah. We loved the amenities offered and would definitely stay here again. Christine is a wonderful host!
