One bedroom ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island and Coligny Plaza. Steps to private beach access and just a short walk to the Tiki Hut. The villa is very clean and well cared for. Small kitchenette which includes oven, microwave and fridge. Bunks in hallway, recommended for young children. Weight limit on ladder: 75lbs. Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.

Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS* snow birds?

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island.
