Great hosts, we arrived very late and Alan accommodated us. Great location for San Marino, Rimini, Adriatic coast and more. The homemade pie was excellent too and very much appreciated!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamide during the Easter holidays 2025, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interlocutory phase, which preceded the reservation, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed on the basis of our schedule needs, and precise that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us on the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a very appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very well, cared for and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that if necessary guarantees an additional 2 beds, the rooms that are 2 guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in tranquility but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Hosts beyond expectations

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

We stayed in Luca's apartment from April 11 to 14 thisyear and I have to say that we had a very good time, there were two of us but also in three you can stay there. The apartment is in a new building and although it is on the second floor, the house is very bright, clean and equipped with all the comforts both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Quiet area overlooking a park so it's also suitable for those who have a dog to take out. Another very convenient thing is that it is just a 15-minute walk from the city center and the train station is located 10 minute taxi ride. Last but not least, it seems to us that the value is very competitive. So what to say, if you are looking for a niceapartment for both a short and long stay, we definitely recommend Luca's apartment, which among other things was nice and available both before and during our stay.
