L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Luxurious apartment in the historic center of Ravenna. Situated in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria in Porto, it enjoys a breathtaking view. The elevator arrives directly inside the house and it is very convenient for not lifting heavy suitcases. the 2 double bedrooms have a bathroom and a private balcony.
