We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this airb&b. The style is beautiful and the detail and thought put into everything made it so comfortable and lovely, like a real home. It has everything you need and more, from bathroom and kitchen utilities to luxuries like a record player and many original vintage records such as Thriller! And it doesn’t end there, as we kept finding very pleasant surprises, like tissues in both bedrooms, containers to pack your food, a nice bottle of wine and snacks. And if you come with children, there are so many things they could do, as the house is equipped with tables with crayons for coloring and other crafty materials, there are toys inside and outside the house (in the backyard) and even a tiny Christmas tree just in case you spend the holidays there. Everything was perfect, would definitely book again, we're so thankful for such a warm and thoughtful environment!

We had a great stay at Adam's place! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and perfectly accommodating for our family. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be booking here again.

Cinthia and Erika’s house was a perfect base camp for mine and my husbands side of the family for our wedding weekend. Direct family on both sides were all able to spend the night in one place and use it as a base camp for all of the planning and last minute projects. We were also able to have some of our wedding party over to play some games in the game room so they felt like they were able to spend some real time with us during our wedding weekend. They had everything we needed for our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Taylor and his place were outstanding. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect--well within a nice walk to Old Town--and very quiet at night. When my husband, my three daughters and I entered the house, we immediately felt at home; I didn't want to leave! The kitchen is set up perfectly for easy use, the bathroom was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, yet cozy. The hot tub was perfect; the chilly Colorado air and the nighttime quietude were the perfect way to end the day. Honestly, I cannot imagine there being a better host than Taylor. Taylor was genuine, funny, and prompt in all of his communication. When I had a question about anything, I felt comfortable emailing him and he always responded within the hour. He was so great, I almost asked him to meet us for a beer! All in all, Taylor is everything you could want from a host and his house exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend this incredible spot and exceptional host.

What a charming house! It’s filled with beautiful furniture, dishes and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the details of the host, including a jigsaw puzzle and loads of books.

This was a great place to stay. It was well furnished except more dish towels would be nice. Otherwise we have no complaints.

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Equal to or less than if we’d have gotten hotel (cost-wise),but definitely more comfortable & relaxing.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It was quiet, comfortable, roomy and in excellent shape. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to make family dinners. We were close to walking , running trails too. Most of all, Zhanna and Adam were super responsive.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We weren’t looking for anything fancy or over the top, and Maisie’s Garden offered us a pet friendly location on a quiet street just out of town. It is a cozy place in a quiet working-class neighborhood. We would suggest it to anyone!

We were in Longmont for just a couple of days, had our two dogs in tow. Man! Don’t let the modest appearance from the outside fool you, this place is huge and very well done. Beautifully put together Mid Century Modern Ranch decor, and a very comfortable home away from home with the perfect balance of form and function inside and out. The fully fenced yard was very handy for our dogs who felt right at home there. Loved the kitchen! And the Record Player with Bluetooth. We explored a few of the local breweries and made a day of driving up to Estes Park and Boulder. What a great vibe! The only thing we’d do differently is book a longer stay! Fantastic! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay. Roomy with plenty of seating. Loved that there was a king size bed. Deanna was very accommodating.

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

The home was beautiful and fit our needs completely. We had plenty of room to move around and it was the perfect location! We had a great time. We were even able to check in 1 hour early! So accommodating and helpful. Would book again!

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Home was in a nice location with a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of room with great shared spaces. Lots of care taken to make sure guest have everything needed for their stay.
