Apartment with a beautiful view of the Schrebergaerten. Large balcony. A plus point of the available parking space for one car. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very pleased and would book here again.

I couldn't have made a better choice than Tom's apartment! An apartment fully equipped so you can only get your clothes and go! Clean, warm, and centrally located, easily accessible by any means. In the neighborhood there are plenty of food/drink and extra options for everything Tom is a great host, thank you, willing and flexible for anything! Thanks for being such a great host!

The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. Also the bathroom was very clean and equipped with various hygiene items. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed the stay very much and I am definitely happy to recommend the apartment.

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately filled up like at home, as cozy as the house is! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many beautiful details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

The value for money is very good, the environment is also good, it is also 30-40 minutes on weekends to go to the city in Frankfurt on weekdays is very time-consuming because of the traffic jam, we went to Messe Frankfurt on Monday, it was unbelievable!Everything else was good and responsive. Absolute gem! The KuKuNat estate is a holiday home, creative space, art workshop and exhibition platform alike. In every small corner, lovingly designed and with certainty handmade curiosities can be discovered. The whole thing exudes an absolute villa-Kunterbunt vibe. The large table in the living room with plank floor and freestanding oven was the perfect setting for our role-playing game - if 6 adults already want to go on a weekend for a weekend to retrieve treasures, kill giants and dice cubes, you can hardly think of a better place than the KuKuNat with Pat and Thorsten 🎲🐉⚔️❤️ (And the sauna on Saturday morning helps perfectly against the hangover😁)

Quite simply, Sarah's house is the perfect AirBnB. Tastefully decorated, super-clean, everything works, and very well located. We really appreciated the flexibility around our check in. It was a wonderful setting for our family Christmas - thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay at this place stay. The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived and corresponded exactly to the description in the listing. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was available and helpful at all times. Particularly noteworthy is the hot tub – a real highlight! It offers not only pure relaxation, but also great views. Overall a great experience with great value for money. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

We had an absolutely magical time at Yvonne‘s place. I had looked for a place to hold a book writing retreat, with enough space for all of us to work separately but also together as a group if we wanted. And we couldn‘t have picked a better spot. The kitchen was spacious and really well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the shower - always an important aspect 😁 - was fantastic, the fireplace was awesome. And to top it off the hosts were really friendly and supportive. We didn‘t explore much of the neighborhood, just went on a few walks through the fields and the forest. And for that it was perfect. Super inspiring. I feel we will be back. 💗
