I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

We stayed just for one night, but it was amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the beds are comfortable, it’s easy to find in a nice area, only 30 minutes from the city, literally RIGHT off the interstate, and the hosts were very responsive. Definitely will be saved for future visits to Nashville!!

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Cute little studio guesthouse in a great neighborhood. The host gave us a comprehensive guide for the neighborhood. We felt safe and the guesthouse was really clean and ready for our stay, with all the promised amenities. Highly recommend!

This is the spot. If you’re coming to Nashville and want something unique, fun, luxurious, look no further. Amazing spot and great walking distance but also no more than a 1 minute uber wait. The owner is also unmatched, I’ve stayed in over 300 and this is by far the most personable and easy going experience in an Airbnb thus far. Great property, great people, book it!

This was a great stay and very convenient to downtown Nashville and walking distance to Five Points was a big plus. Lisa was very responsive to a thermostat issue we had. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked great for our group of three couples. Very nicely decorated with Nashville themes throughout. And the fenced in yard worked great for our dogs.

Our trip to Nashville started out with unforeseen circumstances due to problems with another Airbnb that we booked. Luckily Lacey took us in at the last minute and we couldn't be more pleased. She was very patient with us during the process. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Excellent communication! I can't say enough about the house! It was more than enough space for the five of us during our stay. The view from the roof top decks was amazing! You could tell right away that EVERYTHING was cleaned!! It was spotless! When we return to Nashville, we will be staying at one of her properties. Thanks for everything!!

Steph’s place is just perfect! It’s spacious, well taken care of, and furnished and decorated so nicely! Steph was so responsive to every query we had (and we did have a few!). We had a fantastic time and highly recommend her place.

We traveled to Nashville for a family birthday party and needed a place to stay where we could have our dog, as we were bringing him with us. This house was PERFECT! Close to great shopping and restaurants, big back yard and very comfortable clean home, bathroom and bedrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. It was a great location as well. Everything was well put together. It was definitely nice to have access to a garage with all the rain we experienced. The attention to detail in the place was very nice. Things like extension cords for extra plugs and fans in case you needed extra air circulation were a very nice detail. It’s a very beautiful place and we would love to visit and stay here again.

The house was everything that was described, and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. Absolutely loved the place and would book with them again any day!

I was thrilled to have Denise share her home with me. It was exactly as presented. Clean and comfortable. My 5 day stay was wonderful and there were no issues at all with anything. I have family in Murfreesboro and the location to them was perfect. I will look to stay with her in the future.

Best airbnb in Nashville! For a country music buff it’s nothing but perfect. The house is steeped in country & western memorabilia. Also lots of space, nearby shopping and not too far from Broadway.

Mary’s place was perfect for my family of four and two other couples. Each family had their own full bathroom, the location was close to downtown and other restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood at first seemed a little sketchy, but it’s very quiet. The beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home

All-around great experience. Beautiful house. Very well maintained. Comfy nice clean sheets and towels. Great soap/shampoo in showers. Awesome layout. Great accessories like Sonos speaker and soundbar. Really nice, thoughtful welcome basket. Would seriously recommend this stay to everyone!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

I loooooved this airbnb! 10/10! Lots of space in the house, the covered porch with hot tub and the large backyard. My family of 4 and our dog had a great stay and our kids were either playing golden tee or in the hot tub. The location was great for us.

Ethan was great to communicate with and gave very clear instructions. It was a clean house and walkable distance to the restaurants/bars! Would stay here again. Fit our friend group perfectly!

This home is in a very safe, upscale, and beautiful neighborhood. I would feel safe walking anywhere. Within 10 mins of major shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is well-appointed, extremely clean, comfy beds, lots of open sitting space. The second floor has its own sitting space, too. All 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Ann's listing! The listing was exactly as described, the beds were very comfortable, and every possible need was carefully thought out before our arrival. The outdoor space in the back was a wonderful getaway each night, where we enjoyed a small fire while we talked the nights away. We even saw a few deer. I would highly recommend Ann's place!
