Beautiful setting, very comfortable accommodation and garden, attentive hosts!

The villa is very comfortable and super equipped. Good location about 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Quiet neighborhood, although the house is right next to the road, it was almost not felt at all. The house is very large and consists of two large bedrooms with air conditioning and large beds and two small rooms with no air conditioning and a bit cramped. In addition, the living room has a large sofa bed. There is also a large kitchen with a dining room and a huge terrace outside where we spent the most time. Super clean pool with hot tub and sun loungers and garden swings. Very clean everywhere. There are two bathrooms in the house, and by the pool there is an additional third with an extra outdoor shower. Very nicely landscaped around the house. The kitchen is super-equipped with all the equipment. There's nothing missing. Bathrooms in good condition and very clean. The whole villa is great, but the best was the host Petro. I have not yet met such friendly and helpful, caring for my guests. Great. Highly recommend the villa.

Everything in the home was well thought out and set up to make it very comfortable . The home was spotless and the views unmatched . I would stay here again given the chance .

We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's place. The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate five families, and we created some of the best family memories we've ever had. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all amenities were available. The nearby beach was perfect—shallow waters, not too crowded, quiet, and peaceful. The entrance was a bit confusing when we first arrived, but we got used to it once we understood our way around. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Massimo's proactive approach and readiness to assist whenever needed made our stay even more enjoyable.

Loved everything about this place - the villa, the facilities, and especially Tiziana our host. She always communicated promptly and was there to meet us as we'd arrnged for check-in. She was so helpful and kind, and gave us many tips so we cold make the most of our stay. Hopefully we'll return one day and enjoy it all over again.

EXCELLENT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Villa matching the directions and photos, very clean, very comfortable for families (we stayed in 11) with two bedrooms with integrated bathroom and three other bedrooms with two adjacent bathrooms, large and livable outdoor spaces, well air-conditioned and equipped with all comforts, excellent location, the host Mrs. Miriam was very welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs, also giving us excellent advice, she made us feel at home.

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!
