Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Friedrichshafen

Erica's house is very spacious and clean. The atmosphere is peaceful. Patrick (her son) was very helpful during our stay.

Very cozy little house, everything is in perfect condition, tastefully decorated, warm, very clean, the kitchen has plenty of useful accessories if we want to cook (which was not our case but we often see a lack of various things and nothing was missing here). Wonderful bathroom, toilet and urinal (!!) super clean and separate, small living room with views over the countryside, cozy living room with real wood fire (great in winter!), very spacious floor, huge bedroom (2nd huge tv too), second bedroom and very useful closets. Super quiet neighborhood. There was really nothing missing for the ultimate perfection, we would just have liked small coffee cups and not just 30cl mugs (given the capsule machine) and a better occult velux in the master bedroom because the daylight woke us up very early (while there is a shutter at the main window). But otherwise: really excellent accommodation! Congrats!

Spacious apartment with large table for everyone to eat together. Very well equiped kitchen.

We enjoyed staying at Annina's place very much! We like to heat with wood and it was no problem to keep the place warm. But thick socks or slippers are certainly a good idea. The hotpot was great, it was already super heated when we arrived!

I think all the people in my group like this place.

Arrive, feel comfortable with 12 people from 10 to 90 years old. It is simply an oasis to relax, enjoy the view and stand outside by the fire in the evening. There is nothing missing sauna, whirlpool, billiards, foosball table and much more. Plenty of space in the house and beautiful bathrooms. It was all very clean and just cozy. Gerhard is a great host and very friendly. Thank you again for everything😃. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We were there as cross-generational families. Every family member has found their place in and around the house. The area offers good offers for activities in all kinds of weather. The house exudes tranquility and has allowed us a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Thank you for the loving details . We will be back:-) Tanja

The house is well located, especially if you intend to visit the city of Constance. We were able to enjoy visiting the Rhine Falls which is less than 30 minutes by car. The highlight is that Conny Land Park is just 5 minutes from the house.

We spent the turn of the year in Fronreute. The host couple warmly welcomed us at the agreed time. The apartment is lovingly furnished, offers enough space and there was everything that is needed. The equipment is modern and the fireplace also ensures coziness in the evening. The apartment is rural, yet the surroundings can be explored by car. Lake Constance is about a 30-minute drive away. In summary: We'd love to come back!

If you are looking for a bright, invitingly furnished apartment with a great terrace with lake views, Benjamin is just right. We immediately felt very comfortable. In cold winter weather, we settled comfortably at the fireplace and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The communication with Benjamin was very straightforward and friendly. The village offers good shopping, a lovingly furnished flower house coffee, restaurants where you can eat fine and of course many walks with lake views. We only stayed in Ermatingen for a few days and there would certainly have been much more to discover. However, we liked what we were able to experience and get to know - well worth a trip. We were allowed to use everything ( spices, oil, coffee , tea, etc...)which is great if you are in the accommodation for a few days. We had a pleasant stay and can only recommend the accommodation. Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or friends. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (not disturbing) train line, great view, very large playground on the lake, spa and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!
