Apartment holiday rentals in Frisco

This condo is a great option for a large family looking for a ski in ski out. We had 6 and had more than enough room. It’s a short walk to the Gondola and just past the gondola is the village to grab a bite, a drink or treat, shop, ski rentals. The condo has conviently stocked each bathroom with shampoo/conditions/body wash and a hair dryer. The kitchen has a few spices for cooking and every pot, pan, utensil you could need for cooking. We did not make it to the gym, pool or hot tub this trip, but love the options. Outside the patio window, you have a perfect view of the gondola and skiers coming back down the mountain. Only negative, no fault of host, is the construction going on directly in front of The Springs mountainside. Weekdays, the workers started promptly at 7am. I don’t sleep in anyways, so this was fine for me, but not for everyone in my group. Of course, construction is temporary and looking forward to seeing the finished buidlings! I would stay here again!

This review is for our second or third stay in this particular unit/building. The Willows is spectacular; I want to be clear, in today's world of excessive hyperbole, this place breaks the mold. For all future Vail trips, this is the first place I check for availability.

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

Excellent location, and great host. Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at Hayley and Mike's condo in East Vail. It was super close to the frequent (and free) bus shuttles to Vail Village. It fit our needs perfectly--we enjoyed the fireplace, large screen TV, clean and well-equipped kitchen, and the proximity to local trails such as Vail Pass Ten Mile Canyon Recreation Trail and Vail Pass Winter Recreation Area as well as Vail Ski resort. We were in town for the Taste of Vail festival in Lionsheadl which was really easy to get to from Hayley and Mike's place via the shuttle buses. Communication with Hayley and Mike was excellent; we had a couple questions and they got back to us right away. We loved staying here and would come again anytime, at any time of year.

This is the second time I stayed at Jaime's place. They are a great host, super friendly and love dogs. The space is clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to town. I will definitely stay here again.

Blake’s space was perfect for my girlfriends and I for our quick one night stay after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect and the space was comfy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great place to stay right off a ski run. Furnished with modern chic design, and a beautiful fireplace. I’m a light sleeper, and appreciated how quiet the bedroom was at night Loved it

An easy walk to the lifts. Parking right outside. This was a perfect spot for a stay at Vail.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

This was exactly as pictured! Great amenities, plenty of blankets and pillows, absolutely beautiful view, and walking distance to everything. The towels were super plush and absorbent, so much so that I am going to be purchasing them for my home. Plenty of storage space for all of our things. Everything was in good shape and looked relatively new still, other than one of their blankets was a bit matted, the others were very nice. The only minor complaint was that the heater had a clicky sound all night. Everything else was very cozy and convenient. The management company was also super responsive and helpful. All in all couldn’t ask for much more. Although restaurants in the area were all pretty horrible though.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Jesse's place was great for our two days of spring skiing. In addition to how clean & streamlined the condo was, we especially appreciated its juxtaposition to the Snowflake lift and bus stop, heated garage, elevator, and luggage carts! Thanks also Jesse for the helpful link for safe Colorado travel -- we made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare despite the snowstorm.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay and location

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent for both walking access to the mountain (Peak 9/Quicksilver lift) and Main St/downtown. The place was as described and the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends!
