Romantic Lake Dillon Condominium with Bike Trail Access

One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. If you are looking for a hotel room, stay here instead! Perfect for a family with kids, amazing location, room to spread out, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, look no further. Our condo has primary bedroom with king for parents and a den with queen for kids. Cozy living room with a fireplace to chat about your mountain adventures, dining table to play games after the delicious dinner you made in our nice kitchen. Or relax in the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. On bike path around the lake.

Stunning Views - Downtown - Base of Peak Nine

Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the Breck peaks from the 5th floor - even from your king bed – Inn at Peak 9 (in the Village). You just walk in on the ground level, drawn towards the full glass and the lawn, the lake and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range....just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? The booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO PETS AND/OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

Mountain chic Copper Ctr Vil condo; bunk beds!

Elevator under repair - condo is on second floor - repair scheduled to be complete in June. Book now for that summer getaway-we love the summers here even more than the winters if that’s even possible :). The center village location is quiet but super convenient; 250 steps to American Eagle! There’s also a convenient office nook in case you get to work from home. Enjoy it for us while we’re stuck at office

True ski in/out. Upscale modern rustic

This is where memories are made upon Skis, boards and sleds. Winter: Walk to lift in under a minute, ski back to front entrance end of day for lunch or breaks. Excellent locale - centrally located. 3 blks to Main st (10 min walk) where shops/restaurants located. Recently remodeled, brand new modern sofa sleeper, all new appliances, tile and carpet. Meticulously clean. We do not accept pets at this location.
