Very nice place, beautiful large and bright spaces. Super-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. We also took advantage of the charging for the electric car, the cable with the plug in female CCS2 was needed. Surrounded by nature, a nice experience. Pierluigi was very kind and responded and helped us right away Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Beautiful, well kept home and grounds. Amazing beach views and accessible to beach. Wonderful neighbors and nearby coffee/bakery and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

I visited Chalet Marmont for the second time. First, alone. This time, with my family: a baby, a child, and four adults. Both times were unforgettable. A spacious house with a backyard is a rarity in Rome, and this one has a unique decor, full of history and very well preserved. Although a car is needed to reach the historic center, it’s well worth it if you’re looking for privacy, warmth, comfort, beauty and attention to detail. The renovation they did to the place turned it into a true work of art. Additionally, you can count on the friendliness, attentiveness, and proactivity of the host, Mario. He was always available to help us with the most diverse requests. The market, just a 5-minute drive from the house, is excellent and has everything you need for great meals. It felt like the old Airbnb days, where you could experience local life and connect with real people, not just a company. Staying here is truly special.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Perla’s place was exactly what I hoped for. 3 lovely large bedrooms, great kitchen and a truly amazing veranda that had 4 about different areas overlooking the sea and main pedestrian area. The location is amazing at the start of the pedestrian area where you can take a stroll at night, go for a meal and explore the market. The beach was also a 3 minute walk. Despite being right in the centre, the bedrooms are set back from the street so are not noisy at all at night. Perla herself was incredibly helpful, she even helped us by researching where to find hair braids for my daughter. I would highly recommend Perla’s place.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Wonderful holiday in a top location!

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We had a great time!

It was a very successful stay . We felt fantastic in the space of the house. It's an incredibly comfortable place for large families . The kitchen is well equipped. There are several shops and small Roman pizzerias in the area. There is also a very good local restaurant nearby. The subway is a few minutes away, but it is a home away from the main attractions. It was fine for us, and a long subway trip was compensated by a quiet neighborhood and a big house. Plus comfortable beds, a garden , terraces with a place to eat and relax. In winter, it's a good idea to ask the host to turn on the heating beforehand, as it takes some time to heat up this property. This can be a big plus in the summer, because these walls are also slower to heat up from the sun.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Just what you expect, clean kitchen, clean bathroom and a clean bed at the end of the day….hot shower and a few snacks were provided.

A beautiful house in the outskirts of Rome in absolute calm on private land; you can reach an excellent piazza Cavour parking in the immediate vicinity of the historic center in 30 minutes, and there is also public transport accessible nearby . The house is spacious , and the view of Rome is breathtaking . To be absolutely perfect, we just missed the internet (broken due to bad weather), and the description would also benefit from being more accurate (a single room with double beds and not two as the photos suggest, and the heating to be paid in addition while not clearly shown on the French translation of the listing ). Claudia was very accommodating and offered us the heating costs in compensation for internet concerns... and she was always very responsive!

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We were able to eat there, the athletes rest during the day. The setting is very nice and the house very well maintained. Serena is very friendly and responsive when needed. I recommend Thanks

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
