Sakura was so nice and the location was superb. The apartment was clean and well equipped, I love every minute of my trip. Good place to stay in Tenjin

We walked a little from the station, but the hotel was clean, spacious, and we had a very pleasant time.It was also located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it was quiet and a pleasant stay at night.I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

It's quiet, and the bathroom and the son-in-law are disadvantageous.

Turn on the air conditioner at check-in time, I was able to check in happily even in hot weather. The bed is very comfortable, so you can sleep well. Overall, it was clean and cozy, so I had a comfortable stay.

I used it for the second time, and it was so nice. However, one person in the group said that the duvet was too small and uncomfortable. And the soundproofing was unfortunate. The sound of the car was so clear at dawn. But I still don't think there's a place for the price. I think I'll use it again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Sakura-san and Ken-san’s place in Tenjin! They were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was in excellent condition—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of kid-friendly amenities, which made our trip much easier. The location is also perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore Fukuoka. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sakura’s place was really clean, place matched the pictures exactly. Sakura was also very helpful with suggesting places for us to go and eat. My group of 6 had a wonderful time staying at her place. Recommended to everyone!

Very family friendly, well stocked, there is a bath, baby bed, children's tableware, toys, etc., Tatami room type is also good for babies to climb up and down, great for bringing infants and toddlers, super recommended! The location is the essence of the location, and it is convenient to take the subway to Hakata and the airport within walking distance. The room is cozy and tidy, it feels like home, like the photo narrative, there is a washing machine and coin dryer (1F) is convenient! The host was very nice and quick to respond, and I would like to offer all kinds of help, I will choose to stay next time in Fukuoka😊

It was a family trip with a 38-month-old child. The place was incredibly clean and tidy. It was so convenient to live with children, and it was a place where delicate consideration stood out. It was in a location where you could go anywhere on foot, so I had a good time dragging a stroller. I loved that the host Sakura was so kind and very responsive. If I go to Fukuoka next time, I will stay again. It is so recommended if you are with a child.

I really couldn’t find one little fault or say anything negative. I would highly recommend this place, every detail of our accommodation was so thoughtful and purposeful. New construction, clean, well maintained. Very helpful host that responds quickly. The kitchen is small with limited utensils and serves best for microwave reheating & heating water for tea or coffee. Each room has a ductless heating climate system and they can take awhile to respond & heat the rooms, but they worked as expected. On the first floor there is a room to temporarily hold suitcases, equipped the cable locks. This is a well thought out feature that helps early arrivals. Personally I would book another stay here.

It was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was super clean and tidy with lots of towels provided for our 9-day stay. There was also a complimentary cleaning service done in the middle of our stay which was great. Sakura was super responsive throughout and it was a perfect experience for us.

This place has raised the standards for Airbnb accommodation. We felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Easy access to 3 subway stations, Gion, Kushida Shrine, Nakasu Kawabata. We even managed to walk from Hakata station. Thank you Sakura for the lovely place.
