Very practical accomodation. Clean and well maintained property. Easy access around Kasuga. Running in Kasuga park nearby is one of the best experience in Fukuoka. Great bakery in the neigbourhood. Parking on site is a plus.

I stayed with 3 people, and it was spacious and pleasant to use. It was nice that there was an ion and a convenience store nearby and parking was available.

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

Three friends used it while going on a golf trip, and it was a bit far from the city center, but we rented it, so it didn't matter much. The place is tidy and so good for 2 or 3 people

great hostel. it’s literally a japanese apartment designed room. facilities are cool that we even made a dinner in the last night. pretty sure its gna be my best hotel i lived so far

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

Pros There are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores, 100 yen shops, and express right nearby in the station area. There is a park nearby, so it's good for running, good value for money. It's just a hotel.

Super spacious room! Place was just like the photos in the profile. Located near lots of good restaurant and the station. It's a pity that the bed is a bit little for 2 people and can’t watch YouTube on TV but these are just minor problem. Will definitely come back again next time!

Great place to stay, great value for money, very clean.Just the code for the entrance to the door takes a little time to load it out.There are only stairs to the second floor.

Overall, the price of the accommodation in Fukuoka was high, so I tried to find a place to stay even if it was a little pricey. The location is about a 15-minute walk south of Hakata Station, so it's quiet and close to the main road. There is a 24-hour grocery store in front of the accommodation, and there are all three convenience store chains nearby. If you're thinking about taking a rental car or a taxi, the location is not bad either The room condition was very good, but I think it would be good to go with my parents or go as a family.

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

I used it both on weekdays and weekends, but it's great value for the price. Especially if you travel alone, the accommodation costs are burdensome, but it seems like this place is hard. I had a good rest.

Checked in for 6 nights at this property, went to drop off bags early after two in the afternoon on the first day, and the host was very quick to respond and let us leave our bags pretty smoothly. The house matches the photos and the host's narrative, is warm and comfortable, and is very convenient for transportation, and you can go to Hakata Station in less than 10 minutes by JR.I prefer the atmosphere of Minami Fukuoka than near Hakata Station, quiet and uncrowded!There are 24-hour supermarket at Minami Fukuoka Station, there are also drug stores, and there is also Lawson nearby, which is quite convenient.Overall, I will choose to stay here next time in Fukuoka!

It was a good place to take a walk in the morning, and above all, the room was spacious and I had a very comfortable stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are fully furnished, the bed is clean and comfortable, there are shopping malls nearby, convenient for shopping.There is a Chunji station 500 meters nearby, which is more convenient to go to the airport and Hakata station, which is closer than the subway exit.We stayed for a total of 4 nights and it was a satisfying experience.

Because it is newly built, it is spacious and clean. However, only one key is provided, so if multiple groups are traveling, the accommodation can always be entered together or opened by a person with a key. On the contrary, the security is great. There is a distance to walk quietly from Hakata Station, so it is always difficult to get back home, so I just take a taxi. The place is as pictured, spacious and clean.

This is an accommodation that the whole family was satisfied with:) You can walk to Hakata Station, so it was easy to travel, and it was nice to have convenience stores and grocery stores nearby. And in the new building, excellent cleanliness, and most importantly, the surroundings weren't noisy, so I didn't feel uncomfortable sleeping at all. If I visit Fukuoka again next time, I will use it!

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻
