Hello, our apartment, approx. 37 sqm with private entrance is located in a quiet new residential area in Böhringen a district of Radolfzell. Böhringer See, a small swimming lake (for a fee) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Radolfzell and Lake Constance can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car, and by bike in about 15 minutes. We will be happy to answer your questions and give you excursion tips. We are looking forward to having you as a guest.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Cozy 1 room apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking available . The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment is ideal for 3 people, on request also 4 people possible.

The idyllically located apartment in the countryside has been freshly renovated and newly furnished. On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun all day and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen. As soon as you enter the apartment, a sense of well-being arises. Is it the panoramic view of Lake Constance, the two floors, the large skylight in the attic and bedroom with the magnificent view, the spacious bathroom or the mixture of everything? Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
