Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Darlene’s place was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend. Such a beautiful piece of land with cute, friendly animals. Getting to explore the land, the barn, etc. was an amazing gesture by the kind host. Thank you so much Ms. Darlene! 10/10 would recommend.

My husband stays at Carmen's place when he comes for business and now I got to see firsthand why he loves to come back. Her home was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and homey. She thought of everything for her guests, from breakfast casseroles, baked goodies, to fresh eggs! I have been to many Airbnb's, but she was by far the most considerate and responsive host ever. I also loved the location is this small, University town. The campus was lovely to take daily walks, and we ate at the two amazing restaurants within a stones throw of the home - Sweet Breads and Holden Oversoul. I hope to return to Tomlin House and highly recommend it!

Stayed with Elegant Living and it was such a good experience! Kim was VERY responsive at all times. The place looked exactly like the pictures, the area was quiet and peaceful. The upstairs neighbor was pretty heavy footed sometimes but it was bareable. I felt safe and secure being that my toddler was with me. Will be staying here again most definitely!

This place is a 20/10. Eddie and Juan are AMAZING host. The attention to detail is remarkable.  I read all the reviews before booking this place and the 3 start review the have is totally unfair. They deserve 10 stars if possible. I'm not lying when I say that the whole time I staded here I felt like home. Eddie and Juan went above and beyond eveytime I needed it and I really appreciated the hard work they put into making the best possible experience for the guest. If you're reading this, book it without doubt... you won't regret it.

We loved our stay! This small Airbnb is located on a very quiet street. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area and plenty of places to eat! The host was very responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Tim’s place is perfect for my husband and I. It has all the amenities we need, and it’s far enough outside of Atlanta to be more peaceful while close enough to drive into the city if you need to. Tim and his family are extremely friendly and attentive. They’re very considerate of their guests as well. We do advise that sometimes you will hear them upstairs early in the mornings, but not exceptionally loudly. Also be aware that there are no temperature controls in the basement apartment, but Tim is always great about making sure everyone is comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Nice and clean place to stay. Bed comfortable but living area not so much... rather hard sitting furniture. Enjoyed the electric fireplace. Kay was nice and responsive to any questions.

Had an amazing stay. was here for a weekend. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. the pictures are 100% accurate. Mall of GA with a tons of restrants and activities to get into only a couple exits down. Great host!

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

This was my second time staying at Tonya’s place (but in a different unit) and it was wonderful - just as great as the first time! It was perfect for my needs and I felt right at home. This is a great option for a one-person stay close to town!

Wonderful stay! We were never bothered by the hosts, and they seem to have put a great deal of effort into making the basement area into its own little apartment. Unbeatable for the price, and the Crowne Hotel is a 10 minute walk, which was perfect for me because I was attending an event that was there. Thanks!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb it felt like a home away from home. The space was cozy and clean which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire stay. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always quick to reply and assist with any questions or issues that came up, no matter how small. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely not hesitate to book this place again in the future!

Constance was extremely friendly greeting us. The grounds are beautiful and extremely quiet. The room was cozy and we felt right at home.

I absolutely adored my stay! Not only were they very responsive but the house was so beautiful and the jacuzzi was amazing! I cannot wait to return, thank you so much!

This place was the calm and relaxing we needed! It was gorgeous, cozy and comfortable! There was tons to do locally and lots of outdoor activities. The best part was the hot tub after a day of hiking! 10/10 Will be back on our next trip. Host Scott was responsive and attentive.

Excellent stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant visit. Stephen is a great host and very easy to reach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to downtown and there’s a supermarket around the corner.

Senny was a great host. We had major flight delays and he literally stayed on the phone until we were inside the unit. That being said it was extremely difficult to identify the building/unit based on the provided instructions. Overall it was a good space, the beds were comfy, and unit was fairly clean. There was an event that occurred at the building (outside of Senny's control), but there was some cause for alarm and I informed him. Overall we did enjoy our stay and thank you Senny for ensuring we were in the unit safely.

Unit was exactly like the posting said. Loved the peacefulness of the resort. It was an awesome place to stay.Would definitely book with them again

Bearside was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in each night after our long days of riding our motorcycle and exploring beautiful northern Georgia. It is also a beautiful peaceful place if you just want to stay and relax with nature and there is a nice fire pit too! We definitely recommend this lovely peaceful place.

I loved my stay here! The place is beautiful and very clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi is wonderful and it is covered and no one can see you, that was amazing! I will definitely stay here again.
