Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gainesville

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Mt Yonah Castle. The Mountain views are spectacular. The home is well stocked. Kitchen has everything needed. Location is perfect. We really appreciated David prompt responses and really making sure we were comfortable. Thank you David for having us in your beautiful home and making our stay so enjoyable.

This home was perfect, beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Everything was organized perfectly. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The location is close to everything in the area. Responds very quickly, very easy easy check in/ out. The kitchen is wonderful, everything one would possibly need. Can’t thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

Stayed with four friends for the Road Atlanta race weekend. The house was accommodating, new, and full of amenities, particularly outdoors with the pool, patio, courts, and games. It was also very convenient to the track for us. Debbie was proactive and very friendly.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beautiful area. Our kids loved the basement with bunk beds, games, and books. We would stay here again if traveling in the area.

Josh's place is beautiful and very spacious. We had way more room than what we needed but took advantage of the extra space. Can't get any better than having a fire in the fire pit going while listening to the creek run behind us. It feels secluded but so close to town. We will definitely keep this place as a must rent when we visit again.

Great stay in Buford! Huge house with three floors of bedrooms; master on main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms in basement. Actually the house looks better than the pictures. Very affordable stay for our family! Very nice hosts. Would stay here again if I am back this way!

Beautiful home, amenities were great. Very smooth entrance/driveway. Lovely outdoor space and lots of room to gather/sit in common room. Will stay again.

Constance was extremely friendly greeting us. The grounds are beautiful and extremely quiet. The room was cozy and we felt right at home.

It is always a great stay here. We needed an 'unplanned' early check-in. Nishat was very responsive and accommodating. This 'home away' has everything that we need, plus more. It is clean, cozy and convenient. It is a wonderful place to be!

If you are looking for a nice, private, weekend get away for two - this is the place! It is small but spacious, right by town but peaceful and private with a king size bed, an incredible shower and some chairs right along the Chattahoochee. We started each day with a coffee by the river before heading out. The hiking trails close by are plentiful - Duke's Creek was a perfect 2.2 mile moderate in and out with two nice falls. If you don't want to pay for parking in downtown Helen, Kendra's place is an easy half mile walk. Kendra is a great host. The extra, personalized touches stood out and were greatly appreciated. We needed a weekend away to recharge and we couldn't have found a better place to do just that!

I had a very nice stay at Tom and Christine’s place. It’s an above the garage apartment with its own entrance. It looks exactly like the pictures provided. The location is in a residential neighborhood off the beaten path. Very quiet and relaxing. I did have an issue with the key pad and it was resolved very quickly by Christine. The only draw back for me was I was there alone one of the nights and there are a few windows without any covering and I felt a little uncomfortable at night. Otherwise this was a very nice stay. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few miles.

My husband likes to explore and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for his birthday. We had plans to drive around to various nearby waterfalls (we made it to a couple) but the mill offered so much to discover, we didn't want to leave. We loved the waterfalls, history, and trails around the site. The bed was super comfy. It's definitely quirky, we were glad to not have a TV, etc. Groceries were close by as well as parks.

My family & I had an amazing stay at Roberta & Chris’s basement apartment! From the moment we’ve arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was cozy, private, and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches around the space made it feel extra special. My family & I also enjoyed the deer sightseeing. The location was great, very private and quiet! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin! The cabin is exactly as described and just so cozy! We loved all of the small, intimate touches! Jennifer is a great hostess and responded immediately to our small concerns! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! A great cabin with a beautiful view and sound of the water. Cabin was clean and cozy and Sandy had such cute touches. She thought of everything!

This cabin is so special, it’s walkable to town but you feel like you’re in the woods surrounded by nature. The host makes you feel at home with great communication and friendly contact. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

I’ll start by saying that when we originally booked our trip, it was for the week of Christmas. We unfortunately had a last minute sickness of the flu for ourselves, our two children 8 and 11, and our at the time 3 month old baby. We let Deb and Craig know and they offered their condolences first and then they made calls to get us a refund so that we didn’t lose out at Christmas time. They could have absolutely just kept our money without us staying because we did not get the insurance for it but they were kind and helpful and that truly makes their place one we will never forget!! We ended up rebooking the trip for the same amount of days a little bit after the new year and we are so glad we did because it was the perfect getaway and belated Christmas trip for us and our kids. Such a beautiful place! They even left out the Christmas decorations and tree for our kids since we missed out originally! Highly recommend and thanks again Deb and Craig, we will be back!!

Overall one of the best stays I have personally stayed at. Had pretty much all the amenities I could ask for plus more for a great price. Most importantly, it was dog friendly so our two fur buddies were able to experience north GA with us! (: We got to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the cabin itself, the neighboring town of Helen just 10 min away, and a couple of nearby hikes. One of the nights the water pipes did freeze over due to cold weather, but the host was extremely responsive and recommended a solution which we did eventually get all sorted out.

Beautiful cabin with plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. Wish we could have spent more time there during the day to enjoy the surrounding area. Look wonderful, but we were busy at Road America so our stay was mainly sleeping and showering :). Would love to spend some time there to relax and enjoy life in nature. The property and accommodation are absolutely lovely. Thanks to Spencer and Amy for quick responses.
