It is a self contained unit consisting of an ensuite bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities. Its an ideal stop for anyone on the Wild Atlantic Way

Charming, cosy cottage situated in the quiet of the Clare countryside. Spectacular views, in a tranquil and rural oasis. Listen to the birds, walk country roads, enjoy starry nights. Great location to explore the surrounding area of East Clare, The Wild Atlantic way and the west. 20 mins to Ennis, 35 minutes to Limerick and 50 minutes to Galway. 5 minute drive to the welcoming village of Tulla, which has a supermarket, pubs and cafes. Lots to enjoy both on our doorstep and further afield.

Florence's House

This is an exceptional property. Florence's House is a period house that has been wonderfully restored to its former glory with original sash windows with shutters and ceiling coving. The entire south facing rear of the living /kitchen area is glass (a la Room to Improve) and looks out onto a very stunning stone clad rear yard. One of the former bedrooms upstairs has been turned into a large bathroom with separate shower unit. The attic has been converted to replace the 2nd bedroom.
