Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. This is a very nature-filled area with lots of space. We have different kinds of animals in our farm like sheeps, rabbits, roosters, turkeys, goats, cows, ducks, and three dogs.
