Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your wish day before arrival.

Cozy guest apartment on the Haseltal bike path.

This very modern and high-quality equipped guest apartment is situated in the centre of OT Dietzhausen of the city of Suhl with a parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurant are in walking distance. The Haseltal bike path leads right past the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 m away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and blacksmith field) are by car in 20-30 minutes as well as with public transportation. Getting around well served.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the Kreisstraße between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior design is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of timber and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom facing south, living room with French Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible by arrangement any time of the day.

Holiday Blockhaus Gräfenroda by the River

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, the rest of the year great for hiking, cycling and SightSeeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and more. Our sauna requires a short preparation. If you would like to use the sauna, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you are also welcome to use. Hot tub is currently broken.

The idyllic holiday home with a size of about 50sqm has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic spa town of Finsterbergen directly on/in the forest, in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Small apartment on about 60 sqm. It has a living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds), spacious kitchen with counter and bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Guests have access to a comfortable terrace and the garden can also be used. A barbecue is of course available.
