In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinigtal, our house is in a secluded location. In the first floor, on the ground floor to the garden, there is a comfortably furnished apartment, in which you can be comfortable in every season and in any weather. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are accessible on about 45m2 and equipped for 2 - 4 people. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Quiet single apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk from the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a beautiful pedestrian zone and an area worth seeing. Trips to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europapark or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the accommodation in public parking (Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm for a fee). Bicycles and motors can be safely accommodated.

Modern apartment (48sqm) with large balcony. For sleeping there is a double bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room. This allows a total of four people to stay in the apartment. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished. A high chair is of course available for small children. Nearby there are many excursion destinations such as the Europapark, Gengenbach or Strasbourg.
