Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

If you are looking for someone to escape to with the peace and tranquility of the countrywide with just a sprinkling of natural farm noise - this is the place to be. We had a really relaxing few days here and Rosalind was very helpful and in hand if you need anything. We always had a friendly greeting from the 3 dogs who would be delighted with a belly scratch. Loved it here.

We loved our stay at Katie & Anna’s Shepherds hut. The orchard was lovely to sit in during the light evenings & the hut was clean and cosy.

Great little space in a lovely location. Peaceful and plenty of nature. Accommodation and bathrooms very clean and all the little extras you might need. Would definitely stay again.

The location is a beautiful private field and the shepherd huts have everything you need for an amazing getaway. My son loved having a shepherd hut to himself and the pigs and goats close by were a bonus. The BBQ hut is a fantastic experience and a lovely way to cook together. All of the huts were very clean and had all cooking utensils & resources needed, plus extra thoughtful touches. We loved our stay so much.

Greengage was the perfect break for us escaping the city! The place is in such a great spot, and has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. The outside space is beautiful and the fire pit and hot tub were such great extras. We loved the fact that you can change the temp of the hot tub yourself, and really enjoyed spending the nights around the fire pit. It was so peaceful and the views were lovely to wake up to. The stove in the hut was lovely and really heated up the space quickly and made the space so cosy. Ivan was great with communication and checking in and out was easy and very clear. We really loved our stay here and would love to return soon!

It's a quirky little gem of a place, set in beautiful woodland surroundings. A very different experience from any other Airbnb we've stayed in! Everything that could be provided in the small space of the caravan is provided. The hot tub is wonderful, and kept warm well after dark. The bed was a bit challenging for me (being quite tall) but still very snug and warm. Percy and Max were always up for some company and make this place extra special.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Had everything in you could think of including milk and cookies! The fire was ready for us to light upon arrival. Cosy bed, lovely shower, perfect spot outside for a morning coffee. Location is great for those who like quiet breaks and hiking, we walked all morning then to the pub for lunch which is walking distance. Oh and we got greeted by the dogs every morning with waggy tails!!🥰 Thank you Vida for a great stay!

Our stay at Hasfield Hut was perfect, the location was amazing, sitting by the fire pit roasting marshmallows was a definite highlight only made better of the sky was clear so we could stargaze. Margaret is an amazing host who meet us when we arrived and showed us how to work the fire pit and around the Hut. We will definitely consider visiting, possibly for longer if we find the time.

We had a lovely peaceful couple of days beautiful place to spend time relaxing and the hosts Susan and Paulo are just lovely fun down to earth people look forward to returning later in the year

We had a fantastic stay, super easy to find, close to supermarkets and a lovely bakery a 10 minute drive away… Beautiful walks, wild swimming spots and incredible sunrises in the hot tub. Loved every second of our stay, great amenities and it was incredibly peaceful. Julie also found my toothbrush and very kindly went to the trouble of posting it back to me!

We had a lovely and well needed stay at Shepard’s rest. It’s quite picturesque and 10 minutes walk to Bibury. The cabin itself is an absolute delight. Cosy, comfortable with all mod cons inside. Tiago was highly responsive and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

A beautiful staycation, surrounded by nature, it is private yet close enough to places/shops etc. Games and Bikes were a lovely touch so we had plenty of activities to do. Fire inside and outside made for a cosy stay when the weather wasn’t on our side. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Such a lovely little shepherds hut which was well equipped and perfect for us. Breakfast provided was a bonus and felt so welcome by Rosalind and family. We would definitely return if we were in the area!

We returned to Shepherd's Rest as we loved it so much the first time. It's absolute paradise and just so tranquil. We love the extremely comfy egg chair and just relaxing in the peace of the countryside! Everything you need, the sheep and lambs are a bonus!

My 3-day stay in this shepherd’s hut was nothing short of magical—a true Cotswolds gem! Nestled in the rolling countryside, it offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was smitten with the hut’s cozy setup: a snug bed piled with soft bedding, a lovely outside area with fire pit for keeping toasty, and thoughtful touches like a kettle for morning tea. The view out the window—green fields—was straight out of a storybook. The host was warm and welcoming, striking just the right balance of attentive without hovering. They pointed me to nearby places of interest and even shared tips for local farm shops, which made my breakfasts extra special with fresh, regional goodies. The hut itself was spotless, with a clever layout that felt spacious despite its compact size. The little kitchenette was ideal for whipping up simple meals, and the outdoor seating area was a delight for

Rob & Deb were great hosts. Very informative on dining the property and use of the hut. This was our first time using air bnb and we were pleasantly surprised. The hut was clean and tidy and equipped with all utensils and amenities we needed throughout our short stay. The area was great with scenic walks both steep and gentle trails and beautiful woodlands. The hot tub was a lovely added touch, as well as the milk, eggs, bread and treats that were left for us. Thank you very much Rob and Deb. I would highly recommend this Shepard’s hut stay !

Our stay was better than we could've imagined. Sitting outside by the fire cooking up some BBQ food for dinner was the highlight of our trip. The outdoor bath is so worth the wait to get heated up. Amazing stay at an amazing location.

A lovely stay in the shepherd's hut at Bruern Farm, stunning peaceful location making it a great place for some r&r, with everything you could need. The fire pit a real bonus to take advantage of the weather we luckily had, lots to do and see. A great breakfast at the Bruern farm shop cafe, lovely trips to Burford (the garden co. is a must if your a gardener), food at The Fox in Barrington (lovely setting by the river) and The Old Shed.
