Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

We stayed at Luciana's place for a week with our 2 little children (2 and 5 years). A really great accommodation in the wonderful city of Chia. The apartment is very large and super clean. The kitchen was super equipped (even a mixer and blender were provided). The bathrooms are new and modern. There's a baby bed, high chair and extra beach towels. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Chia. If you have bikes with you, you can do everything by bike. Our recommendation is with children the small bay of Spiaggia di Su Portu (not so windy, no high waves and very shallow sloping). The city itself is very small, great if you are looking for some peace and quiet. We would stay with Luciana again anytime.

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is a paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which made us very happy. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it seems at first glance. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and look forward to starting our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, with family, in the Schubert villa. Very well equipped. Francesco is a welcoming host and very responsive to any concerns. The sea view is very beautiful. In terms of cleanliness of the house and impeccable linen. We were lucky enough, at this time, to hear the deer's bellow and see does. We will be back.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Stay in a piece of history inside the walls of a beautiful Castle town . Host gave daily recommendations that were awesome.

llaria was a super host and her home was charming and you felt at home 🏡 Communication was excellent and she responded quickly to any questions. You had your own private courtyard and parking.

The accommodation has a very pleasant atmosphere! You can really feel the attention to detail. It's clean and tidy, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's plenty of greenery around, and it's in a cozy location. Close to picturesque beaches. The host, Betty, is very friendly and welcoming, helping us find great wind-sheltered beaches and recommending restaurants. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation!

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

paula's place is very nice and comfortable, it's actually a little bigger than it appears in the pictures and just as beautiful as in the pictures . Paola always responded quickly and picked us up from Cagliari airport and her husband took us on departure Cagliari, went on our trip. Accommodation is very clean, bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh. In the kitchen, everything you need and even more is available:also basic products such as coffee, sugar,water were available. Paula greeted us with a Sardinian aperitif (plate ) and pastries and showed us everything to find our way around the city and apartment. she had always responded quickly, helped with questions or organization of rental car or excursions, bus connection. Accommodation is located slightly off the main roads, but within 5 minutes walking distance, very quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to anyone coming to Southern Sardinia.

Lovely place, Alberto very quick in communication Beach a few steps from the house, for long stays it is the ideal place. Ten minutes from the ferries and the center. I would recommend it.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

Magnificent house, a few kilometers from the sea in a quiet location. The house is well organized and equipped with everything (except internet). The outdoor space is optimal and includes a shower with hot water.

We did not know that the house was in front of the beach, when we arrived we took that beautiful surprise. The house has everything you need, 13 minutes from downtown Carloforte and the location is spectacular.

Very spacious and clean accommodation that is worth a lot for the price to pay. It is very spacious, has a terrace and a hole to park the car. Very good communication. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect, without any pegas.

Super equipped freshly renovated house in a beautiful location in a pine grove and surrounded by landscaped garden. Fully equipped. Fully equipped for up to 6 people! There is a large brick grill and a wood-burning oven on the property. There is no oven in the kitchen itself. For this a large fridge with large separate freezer. By car or bike, Maladroxia, Coaquaddus and Cala Sapone, Turri as well as the other excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Many thanks to the host Veronica for her courteous manner and quick response to anything that could cause problems. It was a wonderful stay, except for the annoying mosquitoes and brakes. Julia's house is a dream if you are looking for nature and a rural ambience. By car, you can reach the huge and beautiful beach of Porto Pino in 6 minutes. The last section in the white dunes was our highlight. The whole coast south has one beautiful sandy bay after another. The newly renovated country house has a magnificent green garden with outdoor shower, sun loungers and a beautiful terrace for dining, chilling and reading. Kittens visit you and become trusting after a few days. The property is huge, the beds very comfortable, the furnishings tastefully Sardinian to modern. Julia is super friendly, nice and always directly accessible. We felt very comfortable all around and would love to come back at any time. We recommend the house without reservation. Especially for parents with children an experience with animals (cats, chickens) on site but also for couples an oasis to recharge, relax and slow down
